We ordered an arrangement for upcoming Grandparents Day and we did not realize Grandma was not there for delivery. The flowers were beautiful and whoever put them together took into account my note about my mother's preference for yellow roses. One false note. The flowers were not delivered to her apartment. They were left in the lobby after the people in the front had already gone. It seems like it shouldn't be that hard to go up one floor to knock on her door or (at a minimum) to leave them on the table by her door. But the arrangement and the freshness was great.

They were big and beautiful like expected, unfortunately she did not receive until the end of her work day about 415. They was Ordered at 7am. If you spend over 100 bucks, you would think they would be delivered earlier in the day to get the enjoyment from them. But they was beautiful and she did love them.

My grandma loves blue iris. It was her 100th birthday so I searched on an arrangement that had blue iris. I was sent a picture of her with her arrangement she received. I didn't see any blue iris. If I knew that they weren't going to have blue iris like in the picture, I would have picked a different arrangement.

This is my second order from Uptown in about six weeks, and my last. The photo was not remotely close to the actual product. I paid for the up-charged “Deluxe” arrangement at $65 +tax and delivery fee. The arrangement showed up with 9 flowers, a tiny clear glass vase, filler, and a lot of open space. The same day delivery and quality of the flowers is the only thing that kept the score above a 1/5. I’m sorry to say- I won’t be back. I have no problem paying for a quality product, but $7.22 per flower average and inches of empty space throughout is unacceptable. Also- a $9 delivery fee for a delivery located less than a mile from the store seems excessive.

Well the flowers that arrived were not the same as the picture on the website. The flower were arranged with half of same flowers on one side and the other was completely different. Who arranges flowers like this? The roses in the picture were a pretty pink, the flowers that were in the set that arrived looked like Valentine’s Day not for a birthday. Everything went perfect, they were able to deliver them in the time period I requested. Note was perfect, the only thing I was a little upset with was that the arrangement was not as full as the picture. (The arrangement does say it will be similar, so it’s note false advertisement I guess) I just expected it to be fuller. The flowers in real life were not as big and full as in the picture and it just looked like it even lacked some green plants to make it full like the picture.

I'm sure it was a beautiful bouquet but it was a gift, so I haven't see it :). The process of ordering was super easy, I appreciated that. I would have appreciated a photo of the bouquet somehow. It's not necessary, I know your work and I love it, that's why I chose custom, but a photo of the bouquet would spread more cheer. Not sure how that would work in practicality :)

The arrangement I sent my mom for Valentines Day was BEAUTIFUL. It was more than I asked for with lots of extra complementary flowers and greenery. Besides it being so BEAUTIFUL, I had placed the order online twice by mistake and they called me to asked if this was a mistake, cancelling the second order!

The actual arrangement was even more beautiful that the one pictured on the website. It featured buds as well as fully blossoming flowers which permitted new blossoms to emerge as others faded. The variety of flowers selected for the arrangement was exquisite. Delivery was prompt and as promised. We still have, in a smaller vase, new blossoms as well as some hardy older blossoms. This, 10 days after the flowers were delivered! What a lovely way to celebrate a birthday!

The customer service on the phone and in person was great. The actual product was less than what was desired. I expected the product to be more voluminous and have more flowers but for $250 it was not worth the price. Also, the second vase looked more of a grocery store quality bouquet.

The flower arrangement I ordered wasnt worth the price I paid. The picture online vs what I got barely compared or looked similar. What I thought I was ordering and what she received...two different things not to mention the delivery driver can’t follow instructions that are clear as night and day. Overall I wasn’t very happy for the amount I spent.

I appreciate the communication regarding the delivery of the flowers. My daughter said that the flowers were beautiful, but they began to die quickly. Last year I had flowers delivered to her and they lasted much longer than these. Overall we are happy with Uptown Florist and I would recommend them.

I ordered the designer choice for my wife on Valentine’s Day. I had ordered this before for another occassion and they did an outstanding job but for Valentine’s Day I was disappointed. I don’t know if they were just busier or what but they just put some tulips in a vase and wrapped a bow around it. It looked more like something you’d send to a funeral home than your wife for Valentine’s Day.

The flowers we ordered showed minimal carnations, several roses and other flowers. The flowers that my Mom received was mainly carnations, NO roses and some lilies (?). There wasn't supposed to be any greenery in the arrangement; there was TOO much greenery in the arrangement received. The vase online was clear square; the vase received was some sort of multicolored and looked like something I would have picked up at the dollar store. I do understand that Mothers Day is a busy day and the florists are just trying to get their orders out the door. I also realize that they may run out of some items. But for the amount of money that was spent and to NOT get an arrangement even remotely close, is quite disappointing. My Mom thought the arrangement was nice but I, the buyer, was disappointed in it. I'll be finding another florist to use for my next delivery.

What I ordered was not what I received, I was a little surprised by the 'thank you' photo I received from my friend when it was so far off. Stargazers (or equal substitute) not present and mostly comprised of carnations and another similar type of flower with the petals half falling off...missed the mark on this one. I understand not having the exact flowers in stock, that's normal. The colors & overall quality just wasn't there.
I am not the person that writes a negative review, but when prompted with a 'how did we do?' message, I have to be honest in my response.
I will likely order flowers in the future, just hoping for a better result next time.

as a man, I occasionally do and say stupid things, I'm sure some of you can relate. I am a regular customer of this flower shop, and they always deliver for me, literally and figuratively. The prices are reasonable, unlike my spouse when I do or say something stupid. Honestly, if I owned this shop, I would create a special offer flower arrangement for the husband that did or said something stupid and run that ad 24/7/365, with a 24 hour order hotline. These people are great, I recommend them.

They flowers that my mother received were pretty BUT they were not the same ones in the picture. I ordered red roses with lilies but instead she got pink roses and a big pink flower. (Looked like a sunflower but pink) No lilies at all..... which lilies and red roses are her favorite that's why I chose that one. Just disappointed it wasn't the right flowers/roses. Delivery was on time, the note was correct.... everything besides the right type of flowers. That's the main thing!!! It's okay. I expect better next time :)

I was very impressed when I was called because they didn't have the flowers for the arrangement I had chosen. She asked if I would allow her to put together a mixed spring bouquet which I approved, and I called back to ask her to take a picture with her phone, which she did and it was AWESOME! Originally growing up in Enid I first used Uptown Florist in around the year 2000 for my Senior Prom. I now live in Chicago and still use them multiple times a year when sending my Mother flowers for occasions like birthdays and mothers day every year. I can always trust everyone at Uptown Florist to not only prepare the best arrangement possible for my Mother. But also to deliver them with the best service as well. Excellent customer service! i placed an online order to be delivered to my DIL on Vance AFB. I got a phone call within 30 minutes of placing the order to let me know there would be an additional charge to deliver to the house on base. Unaware of this at the time I ordered, I was given the option to have the flowers delivered to the base visitor center for a lesser, but additional charge, I happily accepted the offer to have them delivered to the visitor center and asked if the charge would be added to my current bill. The woman I spoke to wasn't sure how to charge my card and said she would get back to me. I didn't hear back from anyone until I got an email from the owner letting me know that no additional charge would be added since the delivery charges are not noted on their website! They delivered a beautiful arrangement to the visitor center where my DIL met the driver and picked up her flowers!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
