University Flowers
University Flowers has been in business since 1978, and is currently Aggie-owned and operated. We deliver to the Bryan and College Station area, and even deliver on-campus to Texas A&M University. We also carry a large supply of easy-care indoor green and blooming plants, candles, snack and gift baskets, wine, wine baskets and accessories, greeting cards and other gift items. We guarantee same day delivery when orders are placed by 2:00pm. We offer lots of everyday flowers - from anniversaries to birthdays - and also work with local businesses and clients to create unique and customized party, dinner, wedding, and funeral arrangements. Our design team is comprised of 3 lead designers with a combined 45 years of experience. Our service is second to none, call us or schedule a consultation today.

Aggie-owned-and-operated, our design staff has a combined 45 years of experience in all types of designs. Our talented team of designers have extensive floral experience and advanced training in all of the new styles and designs. The team is especially gifted in weddings and special events designs with the ability to incorporate the theme of the event into the flowers.

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (979) 696-8546, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (979) 696-8546 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Gorgeous arrangement and EXCELLENT customer service. It was for our daughter's birthday and came with giant mylar balloons. The rep who took my order over the phone was kind, patient and helpful. They call the recipient for heads up prior to delivery and sent email confirmations and notifications of status of order. They also included a nice surprise of chocolate with the order- to my daughter's delight!

I ordered flowers for a doctor who helped my boss’s horse. I live in another city and was clueless on where to order from. I was so impressed with the service from University Flowers! The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous and looked exactly as pictured on the website. The flowers arrived right on time. Searched for 3 weeks before I was told yall carried specific aggie maroon roses for daughters graduation. Placed order for an aggie wrap with these and got basically red roses and a brown paper wrap. Not a nice aggie colored wrap. I saw others at graduation with maroon roses and yall claimed this was as maroon as they come. Very disappointed and ruined our flowers that our daughter wanted to dry to make something out of for her diploma. UGH

I wish you had your own email separate from bloomnation and I regret that I did not call you directly to order the flowers so you (and I) could avoid the bloomnation fees. The recipient sent me a photo of the flowers and they were very nice, but I was just shocked at how small it was for $80.00 based on the common run of the mill flowers that I requested. The roses you added in were nice, but I did give you a very specific list of the flowers I wanted and roses (which I know are more expensive and don't last as long were not on the list.

The arrangement was pretty, but I feel there weren't as many white blooms in the actual arrangement compared to the on-line picture.
I feel there was not transparency in the additional fees charged for the arrangement.

Bouquet was not at all what was advertised.
ordered the deluxe version and it wasn’t even half of the photo of the standard version that was posted on the website. I understand it’s a “designers” choice but I purchased this bouquet with the idea that it would at least look similar to and be as full as the photo that was online as that was the only thing I had to gauge my decision off of. What I got was 6 blooms with mostly leaves and twigs making the majority of the arrangement. What was shown online was the other way around. 6 blooms for 60 dollars? The quality these flowers came in were NOT worth 10 dollars each as they were average size and some had slightly browned petals. I could've bought twice the size bouquet from a supermarket for half the price but I wanted a nice bunch of quality flowers, which I thought would be offered. I paid premium price for less than average return or quality. Felt very misled and will not be purchasing from this florist again.

My only add is that when you call in advance (Friday for a Tuesday delivery) and are paying for that delivery then the flowers should not arrive at the end of the day but should arrive in the am. Not a huge deal but I would manage expectations at time of order.

I cannot even begin to thank University Flowers enough for the care put into this arrangement. I put in a special request for it to be as cat safe as possible. The florist called me to discuss changes to the arrangement, sent a photo prior to delivery, and even text a list of all flowers included in the arrangement for my approval for kitty safety. Additionally, the delivery driver called me to confirm instructions. The recipient wasn't home so he left the on the porch as I instructed. The recipient arrived home as he was leaving and he text me an update to let me know they were received and loved by the recipient. I would absolutely recommend University Flowers to anyone!

The arrangement was fantastic and my fiancé loved it! The only gripe I had with the experience was that I did have to wait 10-15 minutes in the store before the arrangement was ready. I set up the pickup to be from 8:30 - 9:30 AM and I got to the store around 9:00 and still had to wait. I won't dock them too much though as it is right after the store opens. Other than that though, I did enjoy the arrangement and there's a good chance I come back again!

I have been increasingly unhappy with the size and quality of the arrangements, but decided to give them a last shot for Mothers Day this year and they were much nicer. I ordered again for my mom’s birthday…well ahead of time. 5:00 is unacceptable for a delivery time. Lady on the phone when I called indicated they were too busy, delivery driver said the van broke down. Whatever it’s the last time for me. Has to be a more consistent option in BCS.

I placed my order of flowers and chocolates on JANUARY 17th for Valentines Day to ensure they would be delivered on Valentines Day. Over $200. Only to find out -the next day- that they were never delivered. I received no phone call, no email, no text message to even give me the option to call the recipient and let them know or find an alternative. They told me that they are delivering them on February 15th but that defeats the purpose if you ask me. I didn't spend $200 to not have them delivered on the day I asked for, with no contact or heads up. They told me they would “upgrade the chocolates or the flowers or something" but considering I didn't get what I ordered in the first place... who knows if that will even happen. No offer to refund the delivery fee, the tip (that I can’t redact), or any sort of discount. Along with two very disappointed girls away for college. All around, Disappointed.

We delivered a four plant poinsettia, which is very large, decorated with holiday accents of boughs of pine, large Christmas bow with a tree ornament in the center. I explained we were out of glitter spray until it was delivered from our supplier, and it would probably be Monday. You said Monday was fine with you, so the driver picked the plant up. We redelivered the same plant we picked up and added extra Christmas balls into the plant, bells in the bow, curly glitter sticks and glitter spray, so I am really not sure how we delivered the wrong flowers. I apologize that we did not decorate like you wanted, but I am certain that was part of our discussion, and the time frame. We are more than happy to change what we can to meet our customers' expectations, and we do that to the best in the time frames available to us when given the opportunity.

Perhaps I had an unrealistic expectation about what a C-Note worth of flowers brings in 2022. Perhaps the supply chain can add purple and orange flowers to the growing list of high demand items.
I can't say anything...except that I was embarrassed when my wife (who balances the bankbook) asked if I got overcharged. If SHE noticed the discrepancy of cost vs result....
So, yeah. Maybe ...(no, NOT MAYBE) I will do some more research this time next year before plunking down my cash.

Got an email at 4:16 pm which was in my spam box saying they couldn't deliver without confirmation of the address which makes no sense because University Flowers has delivered to my house previously. The person I spoke to on the phone tried desperately to make it my fault that they were too lame to find my house. In short I will take my business elsewhere.

As is our delivery policy, we contact someone before attempting a delivery unless other arrangements have been established and authorized. With Texas weather and for security purposes, we do not just drop perishable flowers at a doorstep without ensuring someone is aware and/or available to collect them shortly thereafter in order to prevent damage to the flowers before they are received. We do all that we can to ensure flowers arrive and received in pristine condition. This order, by your own admission, was placed using a phone number no one answers, and was listed for both sender and receiver. For the money, this was a rather disappointing bouquet. Instead of sending a message of joy for my wife's 40th, I could hear the disappointment in her voice after receiving these flowers. They were not fragrant and the state of bloom varied, giving the arrangement a haphazard look. I ordered another bouquet from a different florist that made her very happy. They had my parents come to the door and sign for the flowers. Owner wasn't very apologetic at first and confirmed the request was on my order. She did apologize at the end.

I wish I could post a picture of what my mom actually received. We were SO disappointed! I could have purchased the same flowers from Walmart for $10. There were no roses and no greenery. What my mom received was not anywhere close to the picture online. The only reason I didn’t give this one star is because the Mylar ballon was correct. Will I order from this company again? Most definitely not. If you are experiencing a flower shortage, then take down the arrangements you are unable to create at this time.

I am very disappointed in University Flowers! I wanted to send my daughter an ivy to congratulate her on being accepted into the A&M nursing program. She has been wanting an ivy to put in her house and I was glad to have found that University Flowers had them. I received confirmation they delivered it to her but did not see her for a few days when she came to visit. She brought her plant home and I was so disappointed that I paid $65 for something I did not order. When I called to inquire about this, the man said he would have the manager call me first thing the next day. I have still not heard from them. I will not be ordering from here again. I was hoping to have found a florist for all my future needs since I order plants/flowers regularly but this is not what I found at University Flowers. I have never left a negative review and would not have if they would have contacted me. I will not order from you again nor will I recommend. I'm sure one bad review from me will not hurt your business nor do I want to but you could at least address this and take responsibility. I would think a refund would only be fair!!

Although I swapped my and my wife's #, the lady that called to confirm my order should have called me back later rather than telling my wife that I ordered something for her for Valentine's Day. Even though they were out of stock on the blue flowers and blue vase, the florist was quick to call me to ask about alternative colors. Paid a upcharge for a deluxe price and upgraded arrangement and the arrangement my daughter received looked worse than the basic picture above. Should have saved the money and just got the basic. The statement said more flowers would be added for a fuller bouquet but it was actually empty in the middle and a whole in the middle of the arrangement. I was under the impression that when I said the room number they would be delivered to the apartment door. They were given to the front desk and now I have to tell her to go pick them up tomorrow. With the amount of money I spent on this, I don't think it was too much to ask to deliver them to the apartment door.

So utterly disappointed in my purchase with University Flowers. I wanted to my surprise my sister who was already stressed out with her exams with flowers for Valentine's Day. Not only was the surprise spoiled by the florist but the flowers never made it to her on Valentine's Day which was when it was scheduled to be delivered. The delivery guy who was completely unprofessional finally calls at 8:30pm to let me know that he almost didn't deliver the flowers because of an address problem but he turned his truck around and would deliver them by 9:20pm according to his GPS. He never did. He called her several times before he called me so he had her expectant and waiting for the flowers that were supposed to be a surprise and that never came. It took all the way until the next day for me to call and ask about the status of the flowers did I learn that it was accidentally "canceled". I was told that the bouquet would receive an "upgrade" for all of the troubles but that just resulted in further disappointment. Some of the flowers were wilted and droopy. One of the flowers was even broken. I know Valentine's Day is a high volume occasion for florists but there has to be better preparation and communication than this. You could ruin some relationships with mistakes like this. If you have too many orders to fill, consider rejecting a few in order to provide quality service.

The flowers themselves were beautiful, but the vase was unexpected. I had expected a black vase that I felt would look nice, and instead recieved a red vase that clashed with the roses. This would have been an understandable change, but I was never contacted that there would be a change to what I had believed I was ordering. You know, I paid the extra for the delivery to be a specific time, I was okay with that. I paid the extra to ensure that the flowers looked beautiful because it was a special day. The flowers were gorgeous. They were delivered on time, no hiccups.

I spelled my girlfriends name correctly on the card message (she has a unique way of spelling her name) and I even went as far as to check it several times over to make sure it was CORRECT. Paid for Premium level arrangements 3 times in the past 2 months. The first arrangement was very nice. The 2nd arrangement was disappointing because the florist did not have the flowers selected and made substitutions with flowers that were not as nice. This arrangement did not last as long as the first despite the recipient caring for the flowers as instructed and changing the water. The 3rd arrangement arrived with wilted flowers and roses that began to brown on the 2nd day. We took the arrangement back to the shop where the management promised to fix it. They re-delivered the 3rd arrangement within a few hours. We were still disappointed and will not be patronizing this establishment any longer.

I ordered this because it was soft and feminine looking. While I understand you have a disclosure starting you may change it up a bit, I was unhappy with the changes. I'm skeptical about buying flowers for delivery, as I've had some that I've gotten before, NOT from University Flowers, that were subpar. My best friend's response to her surprise was this, "OMG!! They are so beautiful and my favorite, which of course you knew!! Love love love them, love you more, but these are amazeballs!!! Thank you very much!" She went on to say, "They even smell good, which being sunflowers they tend to not smell but these do." The pic she sent me was equivalent to the one shown, but actually bigger and prettier, as I got her the premium. Was extremely disappointed to find out that the flowers were delivered on 9/29 - one week prior to her birthday! I emailed the florist to explain my disappointment and requested they either make a refund or deliver flowers on 10/6/16 but specifically requested they be a different floral arrangement. Was shocked and once again disappointed that the exact floral arrangement that was delivered in error on 9/29 was delivered again on 10/6. Spoke with Tammy Aaron yesterday regarding what had transpired and she offered to pick up the floral arrangement and replace with a different one. Three floral arrangements to get one order correct??? Not to mention the element of the birthday flower surprise was already ruined. I personally think the order should have been refunded but when I suggested that the reply I received was "are you serious?". Will never use this florist again and will certainly discourage anyone I know to do the same.

The flowers delivered were of lesser value than the ones in the pic- no hydrangeas or snapdragons at all. The pitcher received was also different, not etched glass. Overall, the whole thing lacked the elegance of the arrangement in the picture. Due to the generic quality of the fliowers that we received I feel a little ripped off since my bill came to over $100. The whole process went very smoothly and she loved the flower arrangement.
If I could offer any suggestion, it would be great to have a description of the arrangement and the type flowers used. I upgraded to the "deluxe" of the Kensington Garden but I did not see anywhere that described the arrangement or what would be "deluxe" about it from the standard. Just a thought.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
