|Flowers were nice, one balloon partly deflated, customer service horrible, and the poor delivery guy I was told was fired for simply not delivering to front door . I hope he gets a job with a nice boss next time.

|Also left simple instructions to leave by front door for my God daughters birthday and instead she had to go get everything out of the garage after o told her they were there and one of the balloons was partly deflated already at delivery, the other 2 were fine though.
The flowers and plants were nice, way overpriced imho and she said she fired the delivery guy for not delivering to the door which I thought was just horrific . I’d never buy from them again and recommed if you do,

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
