I am from out of State and send flowers to friends in Independence every year. Twigs always designs and prepares our order with care and delivers exactly when we ask. I’m sure ordering on line is very easy and efficient too but I order directly with the shop by phone. They always take whatever time is needed to get the order right.

Living out of town I found the Twigs' website full of the information I needed and beautiful photos of flowers available. I completed the purchase easily online and Twigs followed up with messages to let me know the flowers were out for delivery and also that they were delivered. I called to see if they had any black roses as they are my friend’s fave. They didn’t have any but said they could spray some for me which is awesome! And they still were able to deliver the same day. The arrangement was beautiful! I wanted sunflowers but they were out of stock and called me back to let me know and ask what I wanted to do instead. I ordered the 8” Basket Garden Premium for my Aunt’s funeral. When I arrived at the funeral and saw the basket, I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed at how small it was. When you pay almost $100 for something and end up with an item you could’ve bought at Walmart for $20, it’s very disappointing. The plants were nice but very small and the image online is very misleading. The image online shows the standard size and the item that was delivered was a lot smaller than the one shown and I ordered the Premium.

When I spoke to someone On Wednesday May 4 to order Mother’s Day flowers, I made it clear I wanted to recreate the floral arrangement I found on Twings Instagram page. The sale associate informed me that the vase I wanted was no longer available. She said we have a vase that is similar but taller and a square opening I said ok I will get that. I wish I was told it’s a pink vase it’s nothing like the photo. Again I said I want the arrangement to look like the photo. She asked me my budget. 120$ I was ok paying an additional fee for delivery because I want my arrangement to be as close as possible to the picture. We changed the roses to the cotton candy pink but again I reminded her how important the flowers look like the picture. The floral arrangement looked nothing like what I wanted. The Gerber Daisy in the photo was pink I got Orange. Why orange when my goal was to match the photo. There was no blue baby’s breath minimal green leaves if any. If 120 wasn’t enough to get close to what I wanted why wasn’t I told? The flowers were not fan out like in the original photo. Adding that pink Gerber Daisy blue and greenery would be low cost ways to recreate that photo. I’m so disappointed.

They had exactly what I wanted to say Happy Birthday to a special family member. I did the designers choice and with a few hints of what I wanted, she whipped up a colorful beautiful bouquet. She put in red carnation, orange roses, yellow flower, purple and deep blues. She also included her favorite flower! Iris that were to bloom in a day or two after she got it! Wanted flowers for a friend’s birthday, but also wanted something with a Christmas look. Was told over the phone there was a new design by Allison, a small winter woodland scene with a deer and tiny red bird. It had several roses, green dianthus flowers that looked like bushes, all covered with a sprinkling of snow! Hard to describe, but so very charming and unusual—my friend was delighted! Cute concept except it’s really small. They were sent in a can and leaked all over my daughters desk. It ruined all of her paperwork and her keyboard and mouse got wet. She was in a meeting when they arrived and her assistant put them on her desk. She was glad she had her laptop with her.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
