|I contacted BN and they checked with the florist that their husband made the delivery - handing the arrangement to "security" @ 7AM!! (There is NO "security" at this school and deliveries should be between 8/9:00-5:00)
I requested BloomNation refund my money, and I was told I need to ask the florist.
I ordered with BN, but they were telling me to take it up with the florist???
I was going to contact my CC company to dispute the charges as I paid for a product that wasn't received, but the next morning a pitiful arrangement was delivered.
Not the upgraded quality I paid for. See picture attached...does it look like a $90 arrangement???
And now since SOMETHING was received I have no recourse.
BUYER BEWARE!!
You order with BloomNation but the florist has the control....and if they are not professional or downright deceitful the customer gets burned!

Delivery made to front office. You also received a copy of the gps/geo tag from the delivery ap showing when the driver arrived how long he was there and when he left at the very bottom was the date dec 4
all schools have security/resource officers(especially at middle school and high school levels) and all schools have locked doors, you can not just walk in anymore for years. anyone reading this who has children in school knows this.
yes you did order from BN and yes they have to come to us for proof of delivery, so no one is burning you as you claim. they and I sent you all the information you requested. As to your claim as to when she received them, I can not speak to that, Once the delivery is made to the school, they must contact the person it was sent to. Your order has handled with great care and delivered as you requested.

If the photo she sent you was the same one you sent us, that is the back of the arrangement, the front is were the lilies are. That is why it doesn't look the same. What may I ask was the quality issue and the flower came Friday and your order was delivered Saturday morning

Since we do not know our delivery schedule for that day. We would be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range. Requests may be taken for either an a.m. or p.m. delivery, but they cannot be guaranteed. the above is what she was told, she did not like our answer. We can not make a route based on what day a person places an order as we need to make the routes the most efficient way possible for our delivery team. We are sorry you feel this way. We did get it there on the day requested. When someone gives you an answer you do not like that does not make them rude.

I beg to differ, you emailed and I emailed immediately back. then you claimed you could not see the flowers in the photo, I again emailed you back with the same picture with a circle around the flowers. You live in a building with a concierge, which was left with them. They contact the recipient. You called twice and I answered the 2nd time as I was on the other line and alone at the time, so please, if you're going to leave a review, be truthful.
