|However, it's been a few days since then and I've reached out multiple times to confirm as my recipient still hadn't received anything. I've emailed and called twice, but there's no response. I'm sure the florals are gorgeous, but just really disappointed with the lack of communication and no updates on my order. It feels like I just lost a chunk of money since there's been no response from the business.

Although the flowers ultimately were never delivered, I appreciate Henry reaching out to resolve the issue. Seems like he was on vacation and there was confusion in the store while he was away. We were able to reach a reasonable resolution relatively quickly and the owner was really apologetic.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
