I ordered the bright and happy floral arrangement online for my grandma’s birthday while I’m away at college and they turned out great! They were delivered right in the time frame I selected and Turner flowers even took the time to make sure my grandma was home before they delivered them! She said it was a huge arrangement and had very pretty and healthy flowers! I definitely will be ordering again for more occasions like this!

I ordered a bouquet similar to one I saw on the Teleflora website. The bouquet i received did not have the color scheme I wanted, did not have the crystal cross I wanted, and DEFINITELY was not worth the $100 I paid. It looked like it was thrown together and was not at the funeral home in a timely manner, although I ordered it 3 days in advance. When I called to find out why it was not at the funeral home, they said they could not find the order. They did eventually find my order. It would have been better if they HADN'T!!! Would NOT use them again or recommend them.

My mother in law loved the flowers. I liked the unique presentation of the wire basket that gave the arrangement a country feel which will look nice with her home decor and also gives her something useful and memorable after the flowers are gone. My favorite thing was that they emailed a picture of the actual flowers that were delivered. This made the gift much more personal.

I was really disappointed with the upgrade. It looks like a bunch of flowers crammed into 2 jars. The $25.00 arrangement was really prettier. Also it was supposed to be delivered yesterday, the 23rd. U even say it was delivered then But she did not get them until 10:30 today the24th. Don't think I will order again.

Last week, my Ottawa daughter's birthday was but a few days away, so I decided to send her some flowers. Shawn did an excellent job in explaining that he couldn't deliver flowers anywhere beyond funeral homes at the time, because of the nouveau coronavirus. But, he did suggest the option of sending her a gift card electronically, which would allow her to choose her flowers, or perhaps a gift, later. We sent her such a card, and she loved it. I think since then, Kansas now is allowing flower delivery and for stores to be open, so here's wishing Turner's — and Ottawa — the best in the days and months ahead.

Now, the guy was super nice and friendly, and I know this review probably won’t even get put in the page, that being said I paid $45 for just a basic plant. No flowers, no color, nothing. I emailed twice about possibly putting some flowers in there, I did not get a response back to my email, Which I thought was rather rude.

We're so sorry you were disappointed with your plant! The plant delivered was healthy and vibrant, with a basket and colorful bow as promised. None of the plants available that day were in bloom as we visited about on the phone.
I've checked every e-mail inbox and junk folder I have but have not found an e-mail from you...please let me know what e-mail address you sent to, so we can correct any mistakes on our profile. Had we received the request we certainly would have obliged to add fresh flowers and more color to the plant at no extra cost even though there is typically an added charge.
In checking the online offerings through your local shops, the same plant in your home town with no flowers would have cost $15 or more than you spent, so we are surprised that you found this item expensive.
Again, our apologies for miscommunication, please give us a call at 785-242-6120 if there's anything we can do to remedy the situation.

The basket was absolutely beautiful, much more so than the sample picture. The florist intuitively utilized particular flowers to align with other arrangements for the visitation. I ordered these for my mom for her birthday and they were about twice as big as the photo! I was also pleasantly surprised when Turner sent me an email with a picture of the actual bouquet and let me know when they had been delivered. That kept me from having to ask my mom if she received them. She loved the flowers and the vase!

I live in another state and my friend had just lost her mother . I wanted a certain plant for her . Turner flowers called me (I placed the order online ) and told me that they didn't have that plant for that day , but I could either send a different one with the upgrade on them or wait for the plant I wanted . It was just a couple of days wait so I opted to wait . My friend lives many miles out of town . She called me crying after the plant was delivered . It sss so beautiful and she couldn't believe that they had driven all that way ! She gave the driver a hug ! Also before they delivered it they sent me "bloom snap" so that I could see exactly what it looked like . Very impressed !

I really wanted to support my local businesses instead of a big company. But instead of getting what I paid for, it was much smaller. I bought the level 2 and it looked more like a level 1 or even smaller at that. This was for a friend who is really going through a lot and I was very disappointed that I paid the extra money for nothing.

Excellent customer service! I received a phone call within minutes after ordering online to let me know that due to inclement weather they couldn't put gerber daisies in the arrangement I ordered. They said they had many other beautiful daisies they could use but just wanted to inform me. I really appreciated them letting me know. I also received and email with a picture of the actual beaquet they delivered. It was just as beautiful as the original beaquet I had ordered, if not better. I would definitely order from them again.
