The driver was very kind to call and let me know that the delivery address, a restaurant, was closed due to a power failure. Unfortunately, and this is a bit of comedy, the alternative address I gave her was the older house of the people I was trying to gift so they never got it. Entirely my fault! But I do credit the company and the driver doing the delivery for their best effort. Will I use your company again? Absolutely, but only after I get my address book sorted out.

While the arrangement delivered was vibrant colors and beautifully crafted, it was not what I had ordered. I specifically chose this because of the lilies. The delivered arrangement had no lilies. Also, the first delivery made to the recipient was intended for someone else so she had to call to try to get it worked out. What was intended to be a birthday surprise was ultimately not!

I am so heartbroken over your disappointment. Being a human industry we know that we have to work double hard to make sure that no mistakes are ever made. Sadly this time the cards for two arrangements were accidentally switched. I believe the true test is not in perfection, but in how errors are dealt with. While I am so upset that we made a mistake I could not be more proud of my fantastic floral team. The delivery driver caught the mistake and was already in the lobby to switch cards at the same time the recipient was calling us. I do apologize that the arrangement did not have the peruvian lilies of your true choice I did make sure that what she had was a free upgrade to compensate for our error. I hope you'll give us an opportunity to prove ourselves again.

Blossom Shoppe did an amazing job again! It was my mother-in-law's 60th birthday and this was a beautiful arrangement to celebrate her big day. I accidentally entered the wrong street, but the delivery person gave us a call, was so kind, and brought the flowers to the correct address. The delivery person even took time to take a look at my MIL's garden. She is an avid gardener and loves to share her work. It meant so much to her. I initially thought I purchased Peace Lily similar to the one in the photo but upon arriving to the service the Peace Lily was half the size of the one in the photo, and totally not worth the price we paid for it. I think this photo needs to be remove from the website if it is going to pertain to a standard size Peace Lily. The Shoppe said they would make it right, so we will see.

The arrangement was beautiful! It was delivered early in the day. The only thing that was awry is I’m pretty sure we got the wrong candy order. Not a huge deal. But I’m pretty sure I ordered a small box of assorted chocolates for my mother in law. What I got was a 36 or 48 ct of Rocher. Which is delicious! Do not get me wrong! It’s just not what I ordered. But now she is sharing them with is so it’s not all bad. Anyway, flowers are the main thing and they were great. Will order again.

The flowers were very beautiful and well arranged. I was annoyed with the flower shop changing the day of delivery for the funeral without calling me first then the flowers actually being delivered 5 minutes after the funeral started. Very embarrassing and the entire reason I wanted them delivered before the day of.

Great service (and selection!). When I received confirmation, I noticed the “from” line wasn’t there. A quick call to the shop and it was swiftly handled. The bouquet as ordered was not as pictured (not in a vase), BUT, how it was prepared was even more beautiful than what I ordered! My recipient loved it. Shopping local is the way to go!

Omg Wow!! Just absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! 100% even better than the sample photo online. I'm from California and ordered this beautiful pink purple tone spray for my aunt's passing and Family in Tulsa. I was not able to make it which breaks my heart, so this pink purple tone spray reminds me of my aunt. To warm my heart, my family was so surprised by this flower arrangement as this was the only one that stood out from all the other sprays, which were white. And on the 2nd day of the funeral, all the ladies wore purple to remember her. I think this arrangement made it all felt the more meaningful. It's not just a flowers, I see its made of fresh fresh flowers, color coordination is on point and it's made from the heart. Thank you Blossom Shoppe for making such an exquisite piece.

I appreciate being able to order online especially since I needed an arrangement for a funeral on the same day. I did not see the flowers since I live in another state so I cannot review them. My only feedback was that the ordering software did not allow writing 2 separate messages when ordering 2 arrangements. Also, there was not a comment box to give details for the Designer's Choice which I also purchased. I did make a follow-up phone call, and the person assisting me was very nice and helpful.

I ordered flowers for my friends birthday from a preset selection. The day of delivery, the Blossom Shop called to tell me the orange Gerbera daisies didn’t look great and wanted to sub in something else which I assured them was fine. They added a few extra blooms since they had to change what I ordered so it was even more lush than what I ordered! My friend sent me a pic and it really was so pretty and the flowers looked very fresh!

My flowers weren't delivered in time, and my recipient didn't receive them before being released from the hospital. Not satisfied as when I called at 12:56pm on 9/7/23 they were "in route."

We did receive notice that the patient had been discharged and were able to pick up the flowers from the hospital.
