Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

My experience with William was beyond excellent. I called him on Sunday afternoon and he took the time and explained to me how to optimize his website annd order precisely what I wanted - which I did. I asked for a specific bouquet with some modifications, but trusted him to be the artist. Not only did he make the perfect arrangement, he went above and well beyond them. The cherry on this cake is that he had it ready for delivery before noon the next day. My spouse was exuberant when she received it, which she deserved to be. William is a professional with incredible talent. Work with him and you’ll be taken care of by a truly talented and passionate man. You’ll be exuberant too
