I called him on Sunday afternoon and he took the time and explained to me how to optimize his website annd order precisely what I wanted - which I did. I asked for a specific bouquet with some modifications, but trusted him to be the artist. Not only did he make the perfect arrangement, he went above and well beyond them. The cherry on this cake is that he had it ready for delivery before noon the next day. My spouse was exuberant when she received it, which she deserved to be. Absolutely Beautiful. William is Fabulous. I live in NY, and from a distance he was able to provide me with beautiful flowers and arrangements. TWICE. Two years ago he made my floral Haku- I renewed my wedding vows on my 35th wedding anniversary.. he made a beautiful Haku to match my dress and made a lovely bouquet for our Hawaiian wedding. Now, sadly, he arranged this beautiful Hawaiian goodbye for my husband who "shockingly" and suddenly had a fatal heart attack while visiting the Big Island (we went back because we loved it so much) William made this beautiful arrangement and had it shipped very nicely and carefully packaged. We received it for his funeral in NY. My husband looked like Hawaiian Royalty. He also made a Meili Lei (the green one with the Ti leaves) worn for Honor and Respect. I highly recommend William. I ordered separate birthday flower arrangements for my twin daughters 39th birthdays. They charged me for each, and confirmed delivery on June 13th before 3pm. I received receipts, and was billed for both orders. Neither order was delivered. I tried calling their number, but it went to voicemail. However their voicemail box was full, and I could not leave a message. I tried email, but to date have not received a reply. Both daughters think I forgot their birthday.

Disappointing experience in trying to send flowers to a friend. The flowers were never delivered yet I received an email that my order had been delivered. I reached out to my friend and she confirmed she had not received anything.I emailed and called inquiring about my order, after 3 days I finally reached the owner and the florist who was subcontracted out to send the arrangement. In fact my order had not been sent and was ordered and paid for 5 days prior.
The owner said he would issue a total refund.
The refund has not been posted ( 14 days later ) to my credit card and again no response by email or text as to why I have not received a refund.
Do not waste your time or money ordering from this business!!

Where do I start? This place is a true gem. I stumbled upon this florist on Yelp due to their amazing reviews, and the reviews are 100% true. William, the owner, went above and beyond on my order. I told William what I'm looking for and it's like he read my mind instantly over the phone. I showed him pics of what I wanted for my recipient, and let me tell you, William's creation was 10 times more beautiful than the pics I showed him. William kept me informed every step of the way from when he started putting the flowers together to the exact minute, with many pics, when the flowers got delivered. Who does that? LOL

My flowers were never delivered to the recipient, I paid for a bouquet and got an email asking if I enjoyed my delivery but it was never actually delivered. Super disappointed. I called many times and no one picks up and the voicemail box is full so you cannot even leave a voicemail. I tried emailing as well and no one has gotten back to me. Not sure if this is a scam website or not. But now I am out over $100 and my friend never received flowers. Be cautious about buying from this company.

William is awesome! He made this BEAUTIFUL funeral spray with one day notice!! My uncle was a retired firefighter so he made it specifically for him - red crown at the top representing the fire helmet with fire shooting below with yellow flowers.
ALL local flowers, except for the roses. Protea, lily and unique rattlesnake ginger from Maui. Flowers come from a hui of twelve local growers! I love that!! I love supporting locals and showing our beautiful local flowers!

This bouquet finally arrived 4 days after Valentines Day. I gave it 3 stars because it is beautiful and my husband loves it but getting it here was extremely stressful. The company did not follow through on their promise to provide tracking info even though I asked for it several times. For 4 days, I did not know if the order had been shipped. None of my emails or phone calls were returned. I invested over $250 including shipping but they were too busy to respond to me. I am glad I was home when it was delivered because it was below freezing here when the delivery person simply rang the doorbell and left the box at my door. Hope the owner hires additional staff next Valentines Day so customers aren't left hanging and wondering if their orders are on the way.

We are trying to order a flower bouquet for a friend's mom's 70th birthday as a surprise from CA, then found Tropical Florals Hawaii via Yelp! search.
I was trying to order the Sassy Anna on the site but had a question about the delivery time, so I picked up the phone and called the shop. I got to talk to the owner/ Flower Guy William, he is such a sweetheart and has awesome energy, he patiently listens to my request and made some floral suggestions, offering same-day delivery. He knows that we are from out of State and offered to take photos of the floral arrangement before and at the delivery to let us know the order status.
The Sassy Anna set was just fabulous and exactly what we would imagine, it was colorful tropical and vibrant, full of life. It was PERFECT for a 70's birthday celebration. The flowers made our day and made our friend's family trip more memorable.
The level of creative design, care, and reasonable price made me feel so happy that I decided to shop local and support local businesses instead of those nationwide delivery services. A bonus point is that William speaks Mandarin, which is my first language, xie xie!!

Once the flowers were ordered I was sent an email with every step, when the order was complete, sent a picture of it before sending, and then an email letting me know it had been delivered.

William took the time to call me make sure he knew exactly what I was looking for and came up with the perfect combination of “healing” and fragrant flowers to include in this get well arrangement. Like I said before, I’m not getting my flowers from anyone else now that I know how amazing this company is and how kind and passionate William is about what he does. Five stars isn't enough.

Disappointed!! It was not what I expected based on the website photo representing the arrangement I selected. The recipient's caregiver let me know (after seeing the website photo of what the arrangement is suppose to look like) that the arrangement was "small/not very big and loosely put together" and lacked the WOW factor...didn't resemble the website photo. I paid extra to upgrade the arrangement to Deluxe. I/ve emailed Tropical Florals letting them know my disappointment, but, I haven't received a response in 4 days....

He was so incredibly sweet and even facetimed with me to show me what the bouquet looked like! What an amazing shop, with the best local flower selection and the absolute sweetest employees! The flower were amazing and they were delivered on time. The prize is a little „touristy“ high and the handwritten card gave it a nice touch. However, it wasn’t written the way I intended. After meeting the enthusiastic vivacious owner of Tropical Florals, William, I decided I to take “Maui on my Mind” to friends on the mainland as Christmas gifts. When I arrived at the Agricultural Inspection station at the airport, Erik called all his co-workers over to look at how large the protea and pincushion flowers were saying he had never seen any more beautiful. I recently purchased 3 of the $48 Tropical bouquets from William and despite shipping delays and terrible weather conditions on Maui he was still able to provide the most wonderful tropical bouquets in a timely manner. The generous selection and variety of foliage and flowers were amazing; as was the presentation. Service and communication were also excellent. Wow! Customer service went above and beyond. My best friend and I searched for haku leis last minute, for a Hawaiian Christmas theme photo shoot, and luckily I was highly referred to TropicalFloralsHawaii. William offered these beautiful traditional kukui nut and seed necklaces, that really incorporated an authentic special occasion. We pranced around to our locations and got so many compliments. The owner of Tropical Florals Hawaii was absolutely amazing! He called before he started making the arrangement to let me know how long it would take and when he was going to deliver the flowers to my friend. He was very communicative and even sent me photos of the flowers before he dropped them off. He also hand wrote the card which was so thoughtful. When I'm in Hawaii I would definitely want to visit his shop and he even gave me details of when he's open for me or my friend to stop by. Would definitely recommend! This was the absolute best experience I have ever had with a florist. I called same day last minute and they made magic happen. The arrangement they made for my husband was stunning and brought tears to our eyes. The attention to detail and the customer service was astonishing and unmatchable. They set the bar high for tropical flower arrangements in Oahu, and as an LGBT couple, they made us feel welcome, appreciated, and understood, and they enriched and encouraged our floral needs. 5 Stars are not enough for this new floral designer, because he is simply not your ordinary Joe florist. First, the Hawaiian flora are FRESHLY harvested and flown from upcountry Maui. Second, William is an artist in his own right. His attention to detail and customer service is bar none.
