This was my first experience ordering with Trinidad Greenhouses and it was excellent. I order a Birthday Wishes arrangement for my stepmom and she LOVED it. The arrangement exceeded my expectations. The customer service was phenomenal as well. I called to push the delivery out a day after learning that my stepmom would not be home the day of her birthday to receive them. The woman I spoke with told me no problem and that she would be happy to deliver them the next day. My stepmom let me know that the woman who delivered the arrangement was super nice. I was very happy with the bouquet Carol made for my sister in law as she recuperated from surgery -- the flowers really cheered her! I used the online ordering service late Wednesday (early Thursday) which indicated the flowers would be delivered on Friday. I wrote a "note" in which I requested they be delivered on Thursday, if at all possible -- and they were!! I really appreciated the quick delivery turnaround. The flowers I ordered were the ones above, I received ones that even tho were pretty they were nothing like the ones I wanted. I ordered to upgrade me a make a bigger arrangement, and it was a very small arrangement and I was notified there will be a a refund for almost half the price without even speaking to me as to what I would like do. I get it’s a busy time with Mother’s Day coming up, but the flowers already didn’t look like they were supposed to, it could have been at least the size and fullness I ordered.

Trinidad Greenhouse came through when another florist and 1800flowers failed! My grandmother received her flowers quickly, and while the bouquet did not look as pictured, it was full and the roses were beautiful! I do understand that florists sometimes have to swap flowers based on availability, and my grandmother was very happy to receive a beautiful arrangement. I will be using this florist in the future!

Excellent service! They were delivered at the requested time and they even added dog treats for my grand dog. The only thing I wish had been different is I tried calling several times to place my order over the phone and no one answered the phone. Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
