I paid for a premium bouquet and was given 12 stems in a vase that was the wrong shape for these flowers. Absolutely a ripoff. You can get double the stems at a third of the price at a certain other e-retailer. Oh, and the "card" they included was a printed piece of paper with the entire order information, and Valentine's was spelled wrong. The order came late in the day and I got an email saying the flowers had been delivered hours before they actually arrived. The people I spoke to were nice enough but really for the amount of money I spent, this was THE WORST.

After purchasing, the florist called to see if I’d have a problem with “some minor substitutions” to the bouquet to which I replied, “no problem”. It ended up being an entirely different arrangement that looked so sloppy. The flowers were wilted and smooshed together into the vase. Additionally, they didn’t get delivered until 10 o’clock at night…

A waste of money and a disappointment considering they were for a special occasion. Customer service was awfully rude and impatient.

I am extremely disappointed with my service. After carefully picking the arrangement I wanted to gift, which was not cheap …. Delivery and customer service was TERRIBLE! The arrangement was not delivered until the end of the day, the driver was unresponsive and staff at the shop were rude. Once the arrangement was finally delivered… IT WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED!!!! I will never order from Tribeca florist again. Overpriced and underwhelming to say the very least.

Terrible experience with this company. I ordered delivery online as I was out of state. The delivered bouquet was a pathetic semblance of what was in the picture. I felt shame in front of the person who was congratulated on his birthday. Two types of flowers were missing at all. Composition of the rest was absolutely different. Also, be ready that indicated price finally will be doubled plus taxes and delivery fee of course.

By far the worse Experience from my flower shop. I ordered flowers for my mom’s boss for international woman’s day. Places the order ahead of time, at first they reached out and tried to deliver a day before and not actually on the day it was supposed to be delivered. When she actually got the flower arrangement it was the most hideous arrangement I have ever seen. I paid $140 for this arrangement and I was nowhere near satisfied. I contact the flower shop and they were blaming their delivery driver and not taking any blame for themselves which they are the ones who made this arrangement. They told me they would deliver a fresh bouquet and that also never happened. I wrote an email and sent the photos of what the arrangement looked like and no one even responded.

I made this purchase around 9am to send to my girlfriend at work on her birthday. I called the company around 4:30pm to see if it was being delivered soon. The sales associate told me it would be there by 6pm.I told him that is really late and cutting close, and for it to please be delivered before 7pm because it’s a work place and she would not be there no later than 7pm. I called nonstop between 6-7pm to check the status (the calls did not go through, I believe I had been blocked.) The flowers were never delivered and at 1:22am the I received an email asking if I am pleased with my order. This flower shop is a scam. Ruined a special birthday moment.

Overall a completely disappointing experience. My daughters birthday flowers were delivered on the WRONG Day and looked nothing like the arrangement in their website photo. The staff was rude every time I called (5 times). They did provide a replacement which arrived around 9pm on my daughter’s birthday. Just a complete disaster. Save your time and money and go elsewhere!!! Beautiful website. Horrible customer service!!

DO NOT BUY!!! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any online purchase ever! Firstly they were supposed to deliver on november 30th. We waited. 6pm still no delivery. We called the number that was provided, some crazy lady answered who barely spoke any english. Long story short we got hung up on multiple times until they finally called back and asked for a confirmation number. We gave them the number and they said ok wait for your delivery. The flowers never got delivered. We called again the next day being december 1st. Again some lady answered and started making up excuses about how they had a new driver and he didn’t know anything and that he delivered the flowers to the wrong address, then she said that they will send us another bouquet but it will be in a vase instead of a basket like the flowers that we had ordered. Disappointing right? No matter, we remained optimistic. Well the flowers were finally delivered and boy oh boy. Not only did it look absolutely nothing like what we had ordered, they didn’t even try to put in any of the flowers that were supposed to be in the original bouquet! they simply threw together a couple of random flowers that they had laying around and the size was what really shocked me. We paid for a big, gorgeous looking basket that cost $95 with tax and delivery. We received a small bouquet (if you could even call it that) consisting of 11 random flowers bunched together in a cheap plastic vase which I can assure you would cost no more than $30!!!!! We again called the place and told the same lady that what we got was not what we ordered. She started crying and playing the victim card saying how she’s alone, has no husband, no money and that she needs our money because she is poor. We are extremely disappointed with the service and the fact that this scam of a place is still up and running! I am warning all of those people who decide to order from this place, DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!!

I ordered the Dressed to Impress by Bloom Nation flower arrangement (upgraded to premium) that showed mostly white roses and interesting greens online. The arrangement that originally was sent was mostly hydrangeas with three roses and the hydrangeas died the next day. When I called the florist, they did offer to send a new bouquet of just white roses, but the replacement was never received. They claimed it was delivered and sent a picture as proof, but where ever the flowers were left was not the building.

My sister received these flowers yesterday evening, even though it was supposed to be today. She said that your delivery driver was very rude. He called them on the phone a few times and shouted at them to come down and take the flowers from him at the car. She lives in a doorman building and asked him to leave the flowers with the doorman.
The flowers that were delivered do not look like the ones I ordered. I understand that sometimes this does happen but not to such a low standard. They were not wrapped which is unacceptable in this time of Covid and the vase looks old. The card was extremely poorly written with incorrect spellings and the terrible writing. All in all, what was supposed to be a thoughtful gesture in the wake of a bereavement ended up stressful.

They delivered on the correct day but that’s about the only nice thing I can say. The arrangement looked NOTHING like the arrangement I selected. The only common flower in what was on the website and what I chose were a few red roses. The arrangement they sent was hideous. They claimed that with Covid there’s a shortage of flowers which I understand, but it wasn’t the same shape nor did it have similar colors or similar number of flowers from what was pictured on their website. I’m just now seeing similar horrible reviews. Wish I had thought to find them
before I ordered. Very disappointed.

I placed an order with tribeca florist on May 21 to be delivered May 26 for a special 30th bday I received an email on the same day stating that there would be some changes eg. Glass vases and “some substitutions” I stated it was fine as long as it was equal to what I paid for. when the arrangement was not received by 2pm

I called the florist and was told that the delivery was changed to the next day as no one answered. That was absolutely impossible as both residents are working from home and were receiving deliveries all day.

Also I could not have been more detailed with the instructions I also provided 2 telephone numbers which makes me believe that it wasn’t even attempted. The arrangement finally arrived at 6;30 and it could not have been more different then what I ordered. Also there was no Happy Birthday Balloon as was on first order. Very disappointed in this service!

thank you for your order. please note that we sent you the original order but you had put a wrong name on order and on the doorbell names appeared differently, due to COVID 19 we don't have our own deliveryman we use independent messenger, when they got there and name and address didn't verify they brought it back, when you called i make a new fresh arrangement at no extra cost and absorbed the 2nd delivery fee on your $50.00 order to keep you all happy , if the balloon was missing by the driver you should have called us to either get a discount on it but you didn't even call us. as always customer satisfaction is very important to us and we strive to achieve that to our customers satisfactions .

I didn’t get the flowers I ordered. When I called the florist I was told that they were out of red roses and could substitute for other colors. I was ok with that. I ordered and paid for flowers to be delivered for a birthday. They did not arrive on the day and time requested. I sent an email asking for confirmation of the date they were delivered and the exact address they were sent to. I received a response a few days later simply saying: Ring Doglas on [NUMBER]. I rang a few times, but had no response. I sent a further chaser email. I received a response along the lines of: "The flowers were delivered." - and that's it. I sent a further email to them asking yet again: (1) the date they were delivered; and (2) the address they were delivered to. I have yet to receive a response. I appreciate that we are all working and living in unprecedented times, but this does not excuse the bad customer service received, and the fact the flowers were not delivered despite being told they were. This is very disappointing and not at all acceptable.

No notification or update that shop would be closed for not one but two days. Online orders should NOT process if the store is closed. I did not get the flowers I bought - I received a bouquet half the size of the regular even though I bought an upgrade and in a different color. The delivery was a total chaos calling 6-7 hours before they arrived, claming that they were on their way when we called (which can only be interpreted as a lie). I sent Tribeca a mail requesting them to remedy the situation, they did not even bother to answer.

So stay away. Not professional. Spend your money somewhere else (I surely will).

I believe that it is important to provide feedback on the quality and resemblance of the recent flowers purchased from your business.

I am extremely disappointed with the “designers choice” of arrangement as it does not represent, in any way, the arrangement chosen.

I understand that this was a last minute order and it was left to the designer to create the arrangement but the quality of the flowers looked to be poor and certainly, in my view, not value for money.

Living in Australia and placing an order such as this does present difficulties in terms of time zones which made it impossible to provide further advice on the arrangement.

Trusting you can appreciate my disappointment when I live so far away from my daughter.

I would avoid this florist at all costs. I called the listed number to have someone answer the phone on both occasions without a hello or introduction, just silence.... unsure if I had the right number I had to ask if I was calling a florist. I called to request an image of the finished bouquet and was hung up on twice without reason. After calling from another phone number, thinking it was my phone... I was given two numbers to call to speak with the “designer” who said her phone was broken and couldn’t send a photo. No other employee could accommodate my request. I later received an email saying they did not have the flowers in stock for the bouquet I ordered.... still I was not able to receive a photo or a clear answer as to which kind of flowers were being used as replacements. It was shady, strange and unprofessional. The flowers were delivered but who knows how they turned out. Hopefully it wasn’t a bouquet of carnations....

I ordered flowers on Monday, February for same day delivery (which was offered on the website). I did this to try an avoid the rush for delivery on Valentine's Day.

I called on Tuesday because the flowers were not delivered on Monday. Was told they would be delivered Tuesday.
Received a couple phone calls on Wednesday from a number in CA (come to find out, this was the florist calling, not the same NY I used to place an order). I didn't answer the calls, received a text from Tribecca Florist at 11:20am Wednesday, "Please allow substitute for today delivery."

Flowers were delivered at around 2:27pm Wednesday. I ordered the Gerbera Glory arrangement.

The arrangement that was delivered was a hodgepodge variety of flowers, not one gerber daisy in the arrangement.

Very disappointed!!!

Found out they arrived after 5pm! Ordered two dozen white roses to be delivered. Cost $206. Delivery wasn't when they said. They sent email saying they couldn't supply white roses so I accepted red. Arrangement arrived looking awful. Only 14 roses and the leaves had not been taken off the roses including where they sat in the water. It didn't look anything like what was on the internet picture. I had asked to be sent a picture of the arrangement and they said ok but didn't. I complained and they said they would re send the arrangement I ordered but didn't. The people answering the phone were hard to understand and seemed not to be able to understand me. They say yes to everything and do nothing. Four phone calls later and nothing achieved.

What a difficult and rude experience. First I called at 9am to simply inquire if they could accommodate a same day order. I said I may call back, but I chose to place the order on their website as it felt easier and less complicated. As this arrangement was for a baby boy, I selected "Serenade in Blue," completed the order to the tune of over $80, and went about my day. About an hour later, the store owner who I had quickly spoken with called me to follow up on my call and see if I wanted to place an order. I felt stalked. It was completely inappropriate for him to call me and unprofessional for him to not realize I had placed the order online (my phone # was on the order!) Hours passed and I received an email that my order had to be modified as some flowers weren't available, which I understand can happen. At 3pm I hadn't heard anything about the delivery or from the recipients of the flowers, so I called to get a delivery update. I was rudely told it would be by 5pm and that "I've forgotten it's the holiday season." No, I did not forget, but I do expect that if you offer same day delivery, that it will get done in a timely and professional manner, or to at least provide an update. At 5:47pm (9 hours after the order was placed!), I finally received a phone call and was told "Delivered" in a nasty tone and then hung up on! Lastly, I asked the recipient of the flowers to send me a photo of the arrangement which turned out to 100% be the opposite of what I had ordered. What was sent included pink roses and a purple vase. Not a single trace of what was pictured. NOTHING blue at all for the baby boy it was being sent to. Sending flowers should be a pleasant experience as it brings joy to the recipients. It's an expression of your love and well wishes and this experience brought me nothing but frustration, anger, and disappointment. I will never order from this place again and beware of this florist!
