I ordered the Birthday Flower Cake Pastel for my son's girlfriend's birthday this past week. I thought the picture was so pretty and when she received it my son took a picture of it to send to me. It was even more beautiful than the picture! I ordered the middle priced "cake". It had two beautiful hot pink roses on top along with the candles and a row of lime green tiny poms below and all the other colors in the website picture. She and my son were blown away with how unique and beautiful the arrangement was! She said it makes her smile every time she walks by it. That makes ME smile too.

I ordered an upgrade to the basket and received the standard basket. It was small and did not fit the description on the website. Additionally the flowers were basic for almost $100 I would expect more than a few mediocre flowers.
For the price and what you are getting, I would not order from here.

We live on the East Coast and I went online first thing Monday morning (7/10/23) to order flowers for a very ill friend in California. I was given the option to have them delivered that day. I had ordered this arrangement for my mom. I actually got it in the premium option with additional blooms and higher quality flowers, but it came in a small basket with less than half these flowers in the picture. The flowers on the outer side were squished and multiple petals were brown on the edges on most flowers. My mom wasn’t so happy with them either, so unfortunately this is getting two stars only because the delivery guy was real nice.

Disappointed! The premium version of Teleflora’s Sweet Tenderness I sent to my daughter wasn’t anywhere near as full as the picture above and barely equaled the standard version. Since she and her family are leaving Tuesday for a family wedding and will be gone almost a week, it’s too late to try to get a replacement.

Spent almost $70 for this bouquet for my Mother-in-law for her birthday. Paid extra for the deluxe to make sure they were full and special. The bouquet she received hardly resembled the one in the picture. I understand that (especially with supply chain) not every shop has every vase and bloom, but the blooms were thin and so different (super bright colors instead of sweet - only the sunflowers were the same)) and the lovely, fancy blue vase was simply a Mason-looking jar. She liked them fine, but we were disappointed.

I was a little disappointed when I saw a photo of the flowers that were delivered. Being in NC and having them delivered in CA I had not seen them in person. I selected that arrangement mostly because of the colors and because of the occasion so when I saw some yellow and pink in the arrangement I was a little upset. Not only were there the other colors, but the way they were placed on one side and not mixed in made it look unbalanced. I know the disclaimer read that some flowers may have to be substituted based on availability but I was really hoping to see an arrangement similar to the one on the website.

I ordered daisies with minimal greenery and received asters and chrysanthemums and a ton of greenery. I ordered daisies for my daughter's birthday which was daisy themed and did not receive daisies. Don't offer something if you don't have the flowers to make it.

The flowers arrived quickly- within hours. My friend sent me a photo and there were no gerbera daisies at all. The flowers they switched them out with looked a little past their prime. I'd rather have fresher flowers and have the delivery take a bit longer.

The flowers that were delivered had TWO pale peach roses and THREE lilies that had not yet bloomed (thankfully as the recipient is allergic to lilies), carnations and ONE small succulent. I was very happy with the up upgraded arrangement and the flowers were beautiful and delivered timely. The only issue would be that I specifically called the shop asking to add on 2 balloons to the arrangement and was told to do this online by simply upgrading my purchase and noting that in the comments. Looks Nothing like the picture. Whoever did the flowers seemed like they were in a rush . There was long pieces sticking out everywhere . It just looked uneven . Such a sad waste . I bought the best version of this arrangement, and it fell really short of my expectations. The bouquet was skimpy on the number of flowers and they started wilting in a couple of days. It looked pretty good at first on one side, but the backside had almost no flowers. I've purchased flowers from Tri-City in the past and considered myself a loyal customer, but don't recall getting anything like this before. After 3 days, some of the flowers were actually drooping and pointing at the floor, and the roses were turning brown.

I ordered the "Pretty Please" bouquet last minute for my sister's birthday. Her birthday was on a Sunday and Saturday I realized there was no delivery on Sunday. I placed my order online a little after 11am on Saturday. My sister received a beautiful bouquet later that afternoon. She said it was beautiful with a very nice combination of flowers and colors. She sent me a picture and it looks just like the image on the website and I was impressed with the generous size of the bouquet. I received a picture of the order from the recipient and I was slightly disappointed. The arrangement looked week and didn’t have the pop that the original picture had. I realize that this order is based on what flowers you had available and it was same day delivery but it would have been better if it had the bigger flowers that the original arrangement had and I could have waited a day or two for the right look. Otherwise I have been extremely happy with Tricity florist and will use them in the future.

This flower birthday cake was a great hit for a 50th birthday gift. Fun and unusual. The recipient sent a photo that looked remarkably like this photo,with a few color substitutions. I was disappointed in the picture she sent me, as her arrangement is mediocre compared to the picture on the website. The arrangement is red and white and bright colored candy canes were placed in the arrangement. It totally didn’t go and the rest of it looked like it was just thrown together. I was very disappointed in what she received.

I guess buying flowers on Mother's Day week is a bad plan. I saw the arrangement two days after it arrived. I am disappointed. It does not look like the picture at all. I paid for the Deluxe but the arrangement she got was pretty sparse and the sunflowers were very small; it looked like I bought the $19.99 bunch from the market and put them in a vase, not a $75 bouquet. I'm giving three stars because Peter assisted in a big way after I made a mistake on my online order. He fixed the problem and made me feel like there was no problem! So thanks again Peter.

However, I am now overseas and ordered a bouquet for my mom for Mother’s Day. The picture she sent me of what she received was not close to what was depicted on the website. I don’t think it looked close to a $115 bouquet (of what I chose). I am highly disappointed especially that I am overseas and can’t do much about it.

I ordered these flowers for a friend who just had a mastectomy. She really appreciated the flowers and she sent a picture to me. I was disappointed that the bouquet didn't look like the picture. There were fewer flowers (it didn't look as full) and the vase and ribbon were white instead of yellow. The yellow vase and ribbon make the yellow daisies pop. Without them, the bouquet looks washed out. I'm glad my friend liked the flowers (who doesn't like a flower delivery?!). But I was disappointed that it didn't match the pictures.

Ordered an arrangement of Peonies for my wife's birthday, because they are her favorite. Tri-City Florist called me on my way to work, because they had not been able to find any of them at their wholesalers. The florist asked me detailed questions about my wife's preferences and the event. Then he called me one more time and texted me twice to ensure that my wife would like it. Finally he put his wedding specialist in to arrange it. Though I liked the original picture of the peonies, the substitute arrangement followed the same theme and was even more beautiful. Paid $60 for the wrong flowers to be delivered with my name and someone’s else’s note to their wife. I called them over and over to have no one answer the phone, then I had to stop my valentines preparations to drive down to there shop to have one of the workers there give me an old dozen roses that were sitting in the fridge for who knows how long. All in all it was a bad experience I appreciate them trying to make up for the mistake, I will not be using this florist again.

I ordered a corsage online for my son's prom a week in advance and left instructions that he will pick it up before noon the day of. He went there around 11am and they had no idea about the order. He showed them the confirmation email and they acted as if they didn't know how to deal with online orders. They asked him to come back in an hour and they'll have it ready. He had to be ready by 2pm for prom so he went back to get the corsage at 1pm and it was STILL not ready. He had to stand there and wait for them to make it which took a long time and made him run late. What is the point of offering online ordering for customers if you don't check it? What if it was supposed to be an important delivery and it never got there? Untrustworthy and disappointing. They didn't offer him a discount or anything for his inconvenience.
