I placed an order online and was contacted on the day of delivery about modification options on the arrangement due to supply issues. I advised the employee that I trusted their judgment in altering the flower choices. When I received a picture from the recipient I think it was even nicer than what I had ordered. Friendly staff, excellent service, trustworthy business practices. I will use them again in future.

I live 6 hours away and I have been using Town and Country Florist for 3 years now to send my daughter flowers for her birthday! Before that I ordered from 1-800 flowers and they were not good! Flat flowers and she had to assemble herself. I decided right then I was going to find a local to her shop and did I ever hit the jackpot! The flowers are always perfect and gorgeous! 100% recommend! The flower arraignment I chose from your website and the flower arraignment my mom received are not even remotely the same. I chose a pricey flower arraignment and even added extra flowers to maximize the wow effect. I am disappointed and I understand that online pictures and the actual product can be different, but the product my mom received wasn’t remotely close to the online picture. My mom doesn’t know what the online picture looks like and she is happy about the flower arrangement, but I am not at all happy.

The plant I ordered was not in stock so I was offered a peace lily. I asked for as an incentive, because I really didn’t want peace lilies, for the flowers to be delivered on same day. Maybe in the future an up grade could be offered. Thank you

I was sent a picture of the arrangement. The colors were correct, but it was much smaller, less flowers and excessive greenery instead of the amount of flowers in the picture. A little disappointed in the arrangement.

Honestly I was disappointed. My flowers didn’t look nearly as full as the picture. On top of that I paid more and upgraded to the premium bouquet. I would hate to see what the standard bouquet would look like. I would have said something while I was there but I was trying to get my daughter to children’s hospital before the roads got bad. Was delivered on time so. My friend sent me a picture of the arrangement when she received it. It's not as full and doesn't look as nice as the picture, but it also looks like some of the flowers haven't bloomed yet so oncr that happens it will look better, but still not as nice as the picture. Hopefully that will make it last longer before dying. She liked it so that's all that ultimately matters. Thank you!

I ordered the blue vase and these flowers. Was sent some other type of flower and a clear vase, due to being out of everything. They were not what I ordered. I was dissapointed as this was sent for her youngest son who was 20 year old who has gone to heaven and her oldest who wasnt able to be with her this Mother's Day. I was dissapointed but they did deliver and they did produce some type of arrangement.

Ordered the premium and was sent a small bouquet! Then when I called they said they would fix it or give us anniversary balloons and chocolate truffles. Have us two balloons and three small truffles! Wow. Flowers looked like some I have seen at Walmart for 20$ and we spent 85$! Won’t be using again!

I ordered a $124 ROUNDED bottom delicate BASKET OF ROSES, as shown in your photo! What was delivered was a cheap looking FLAT bottom Easter basket with only six roses in it!!! The rest of the flowers were tacky looking, cheap ones I could have just as easily picked up at the grocery store! The arrangement stood straight up, rather than pouring out the sides, like shown in the picture.
I did receive a voicemail advising me that you were out of pink and white roses, and were going to use peach instead, and that was fine.
I am HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED in the arrangement you delivered!!! I feel deceived and ripped off by your store!!!
I am asking for a refund of $62 to be credited back to my credit card, which is half of the $124 I paid, not counting tax and delivery.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
