I enjoyed the shopping experience seeing the bouquet my Mom would receive. What was delivered was unacceptable. There were hardly any flowers like 8 or so and some green fill. The flowers did not fill the even vase. They were cut too tall, all the same size and frankly looked extremely depressing. Not sure if I would use Town and Country again.

I ordered birthday flowers which included a happy birthday balloon, as it was being delivered the balloon came disconnected and floated off. The delivery guy offered a new one but it was after the fact. The flowers were beautiful but the recipient thought they were arranged like funeral flowers and not birthday flowers. After rearranging them the recipient was happy. Needless to say I didn't score points on this birthday. Because of this I'd be hesitant to use this florist again

Future mil bday. Find out day of and afternoon. I sent flowers late Friday night for Saturday delivery. Town and country flower nailed it. Short notice no problem. Delivery No problem. Never had a chance to get nervous town and country flower was on the job. Flower display was beautiful and well received ,posted all over FB. Ordered a $300 dollar arrangement online as pictured above. The website had a small caption indicating there might be minor differences in the final order.
When the florist called to confirm delivery instructions to the funeral home, he indicated that it would not be solid flowers like in the picture. Instead the center would be open space, since they did not have the frame pictured.
What made it such a bad experience was the fact that they used a minimal amount of white flowers to make the outline of the heart, and lots of green filler. I would estimate 50-70% less flowers than advertised in pick. Recommend florist post pics of displays they actually do use, and something that is relatively representative of the actual amount of flowers used, or reduce price when you give deliver less than promised.

This bouquet was admired by so many people! I had it delivered to Harrington Hospital and all the nurses were oohing and iring over it! I ordered it about 2:00 a.m. And asked her to be delivered as early as they could in the morning. I was hoping to get it there before lunch time but to my delight it was delivered at 8:00 a.m. My friend was tickled pink!

I ordered online and called to make sure everything was confirmed. But on the phone, the man I spoke with was very unprofessional, starting by picking up phone saying "Hello" and was speaking to me like I was bothering him. The flowers were nice, but his attitude killed my whole experience.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
