Overall I’m not satisfied with the delivery.of the flowers. The flowers were just left in the carport (it was over 92 degrees). Although we were home we didn’t hear anyone knock or ring the doorbell. After I discovered them I went to my email to get the phone number from the order email and saw they had sent an email notifying me of the delivery. I’m 70 years old. I only check my emails once, sometimes twice a day; so sending me an email as notification was completely useless. I ordered pink and red roses, but I received only red roses. In myself and my wife's opinion, the arrangement was poorly done. Some of the roses looked old, perhaps because they had been left out in the heat too long. I received the roses on Thursday, by Monday half of the roses were dead. I emailed them on Thursday and called twice Friday, but received no response. In my opinion, they don’t care if their customers are satisfied or not. This was a complete waste of money.

If you want a flower bouquet hand delivered do not use this company..This company did not hand deliver the flowers .They just sat them on the porch and left..They never tried to knock at the door..

I don’t know how I like them they have never showed up and trying to contact them is impossible. They use an answering service that doesn’t relay information and on the off chance you do get to speak with them they seem like you are bothering them. This is the first and last time I will ever use them. I will be requesting a full refund.

I ordered a $75 bouquet for my sister in law’s birthday yesterday (1.11.25) and unbelievably it never arrived. I live in NYC and checked in with my family around 5pm yesterday, assuming they would have received the flowers, but they had not. When I called, they had already closed. Just awful. When you order flowers for an occasion, you expect them to arrive. I’ll be expecting a full refund of course, but I’ve never had this happen before with a florist. Terrible.

In Our city of Roanoke Virginia we have had snow and ice which started on Friday the 10th and is just starting to clear up on Sunday the 12th. We value our customers and we value the safety of our staff and delivery drivers. It becomes difficult for drivers to drive through certain neighborhoods and roads with ice and snow. We have no problem to provide a full refund for the inconvenience. We also would like to still send an arrangement to your love one to show how we value you as a customer. The dish garden was very nice, but my name was left off of the card. Luckily, I was going to see the family that I sent it to, but if I hadn't, they wouldn't have known who sent it. The yellow flowers that are in the picture weren't in it either. It just so happens that yellow was the deceased family member's favorite color, so it would have made the dish garden a little extra special with that little bit of yellow included in it.

I’ve used you guys twice. Both times the recipients didn’t receive the flowers I actually ordered from online.
This arrangement was suppose to be in a small jar like vase and one particular flower. It was an assorted arrangement that was rec’d in a taller vase. They were still beautiful but I really wish the online ordering represented what would be delivered.

Was disappointed in the flowers delivered. A friend sent a picture of what she received, and it wasn't what I expected. While I understand that you have the right to substitute flowers, your website states that "we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value." You substituted in some purple flowers, very light-yellow carnations, and big white lilies which I don't consider was in keeping with the theme. If I had wanted a hodgepodge of colors, I would have ordered a multi-colored arrangement.

Although they look lovely, I purchased the premium package which describes 12-18 roses included in the bouquet based on the type of purchase. I only received 12 roses which was for the standard purchase. Paying extra to receive the basic package is essentially theft. Being in floral design myself, had I known this would have been the result, I could have just went to the local grocery, bought 3 dozen roses myself for the same price and it still be less than what I was charged for 12. I am very disappointed in a company that prides themselves in being the best, because to me this was not the best.

Terrible experience! The flowers i ordered were not what was received (not even close). The order was supposed to be delivered on May 13th a day before Mothers Day. The wrong flowers were delivered a day after Mothers Day.

I have contacted the florist multiple times and no one answers. I have left messages and no one returns my call.

I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau this week.

Horrific experience. I ordered flowers for my wife for Mother’s Day. Confirmed purchase and receipt for purchase that it would be delivered on Mother’s Day.

No flowers came on Mother’s Day. I called the following morning to report the issue. Never heard back from them. I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charge.

I finally received flowers the day after Mother’s Day… and not the flowers I ordered. And it was a poorly constructed arrangement. Wow.

Was a thoroughly awful experience and I will never use this business again. Sad that my wife didn’t get flowers on Mother’s Day.

What they delivered was NOT at all what I ordered. It was missing 2 different flower types, it was missing the ribbon around the vase, the card attached was not complete, and they were delievered at 4:18pm, when my friend got off at 4 and I specifically requested BY 4 PM!. My friend didn't even know who they were from because you cut my last sentence in half, leaving it saying "love ya gir".I cant believe whoever printed that card thought that was okay to even send out! It was delivered very late in the afternoon so my friend was already gone from work. I am highly upset as this was my very 1st purchase ever ordering flowers for delivery.

I received an email message saying the flowers had been delivered on April 6, which was what I had expected. Today (April 7) I got a call from our security office telling me they had just been delivered. I ordered the "premium" arrangement, which should have meant either bigger, or, more flowers in the arrangement. It was ridiculously small and had few flowers, looked nothing like the picture showing a FULL bunch.

I was disappointed because the arrangement looked like a small standard version, not the bigger arrangement pictured on the website. Plus, there was no hanging stand included, only the basket. For $150.00, I expected the arrangement to be larger and to include the stand like the description and picture on the website.

What was delivered was very beautiful but it is not what was pictured. It was 4 red roses and 4 lilies and bunch of tiny white flowers. No bow on the vase, no pink roses, none of the purple flowers as pictured, and one is the small white and pink flowers as pictured. I paid for the deluxe. The recipient of the flowers was not disappointed because she didn’t know what they were supposed to look like, the purchaser, me, quite disappointed. I only have it 2 stars because it fulfilled its purpose, but the picture is what I thought I was buying is not what was delivered.

Not happy with the arrangement I received. I understand you need to switch a few things out, but my arrangement looks nothing like the picture. There are Carnations in mine, white roses, I think only two, stargazer lily’s that aren’t open at all. And you put in chrysanthemums.

The arrangement arrived on time and looked ok but wasn’t in the vase as advertised. Was supposed to be in a food safe ceramic flower pot. It arrived in a thin tin that leaked all over the desk where the flowers were sat and again in the car and again on the table when they got home. Would leave me to believe the person who made the arrangement and the one who delivered it would have noticed that it was leaking. Pretty much useless. I called and was told they would contact “the complaint department” and get back to me. Haven’t heard back as of yet. We shall see.

And when I called to complain I was told someone from the local shop would be calling me back soon and I never received a call. I had to drive around my neighborhood looking for the flowers at a different house and luckily found them. The flowers were not at all what was pictured on the website. Placed an order on Tuesday to be delivered on Thursday to a funeral in Roanoke. Not only was the arrangement not delivered, no one tried to call me to problem solve the issue they apparently had with the delivery (private service, didn’t know what time to deliver). After leaving two messages (with a real person) and one email on Thursday, I never received any response. Called again Friday morning and was assured that the problem would be resolved by rerouting the delivery to the granddaughter of the deceased; however, the delivery was also not completed as promised. I have not had such a total disappointment in a while and plan to make sure we obtain a refund tomorrow.

Order never arrived. My daughter graduated last night and I arrived empty handed and sick to my stomach. I called 4 times to check on the order and even said I would pick them up at their location. The first 3 times I was told they would notify their florist, send a message to the delivery driver, and have the driver call me. I never heard from anyone. I waited outside of my office until 6:05pm and not so much as a possible ETA. I made my 4 th call to cancel the order and request a full refund to which the young man said he would send the shop a message and ASSURED me I would receive a return call last night. I still have heard nothing. This was my first time I’d ever ordered flowers from anywhere and it will definitely be my last. 1dozen PREMIUM long stem roses...one night for graduation. You just can’t make that better. I give zero stars and have already shared my experience with this company. DO NOT place you special occasions in their hands and expect them to deliver!!! You will be saddened and disappointed. So they have my money and the flowers. I was told just this morning that the money was refunded however that so far is not the case.

I don't know if I liked it or not. At the time I ordered, I requested that a photo be sent to me because I live in a different state. I was not sent a photo. Normally, my family would let me know how the arrangement looked, but due to the corona virus, they were not allowed to visit. I normally use a florist that automatically sends a photo. I will be returning to them when I need flowers sent in Roanoke.

After receiving notification that the flowers hadn't arrive for the wake I had to call your store. I was told the flowers were sitting at the store and would be hand delivered immediately. I'm assuming had I not called the flowers would have never been delivered.

I got this bouquet of flowers for my mother on Mothers Day. The flowers we great, colorful and full. The vase was disappointing. The picture shows it as red, which really brings out the arrangement. The actual vase was clear and did nothing to accent the flowers.

The arrangement I ordered was beautiful, Pink Lemonade. But I was told I would be receiving a picture of it at graveside and I haven't gotten it yet. I can only hope the bouquet was delivered.

The flowers arrived and were awful. The arrangement looked nothing like the photos. It had many layers of tissue collapsed around the base to try to hide the fact that the arrangement was so sparse with product. It came in a different vase and had completely different flowers then what was pictured. It looked like a child went to the neighbors yard, picked a fist full of flowers, put them in a vase and stuffed tissue paper around it.
