Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (610) 458-3475, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (610) 458-3475 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Beautiful arrangement, and very caring customer service and delivery. However, I will say I was hoping the arrangement would be a bit bigger/ fuller for the price point. I try to buy from local florists instead of big corporations, but after delivery and fees this bouquet (without a vase, which is fine bc we have plenty) was about $95 dollars. I did order it the day before but I'm not sure that would change the price. To me this should cost between 60-70 total. Very pretty but a tad overpriced for what is was in my opinion.

I had flowers delivered to some friends, 2 days before Thanksgiving. I arrived on Thanksgiving day to find the arrangement very dull and sparse, not at all what I would expect from a new arrangement. When I questioned my friends about the flowers, they said she removed some of them because they were already withered. So sad to hear we spend so much money on flowers that they can't even last 2 days. I used this company last year and never had issues, but this year was very poor.

After a conversation with Topiary 219 the misunderstanding has been rectified and I'm very satisfied with the service and the arrangement now. We've used Topiary many times in the past and have always been super-satisfied.

Disappointed. Did not think the choice of flowers was nearly as attractive as the photo. In addition, everything just seemed thrown together rather than arranged with some care. I had to redo it. Mine looks better than yours. This a first for Topiary 219 in my experience.

I liked the idea of "designer choice", thinking I would get the best of what is blooming at this time. However, the photo my niece sent of the arrangement was not near as full as the photo. The photo which states it represents the standard size. there were no roses, or any large blooms at all. But my niece was happy and that all that really matters.

What a great way to send flowers! Can group all together or spread around the house. Flowers arrived at perfect time and were represented as the website’s photo.

The dried flower vase did not look very nice. Called about the quality and was told that this is how the flowers dried. Some were “drooping” which means they had dried like that. I think this arrangement should have been adjusted or just not sent out. It went to the wrong address which was my fault and sat out longer than it should have, but the little bit of wind shouldn’t have caused it to droop and look disheveled even if it had shifted a little.

I feel fortunate to have found Topiary 219 on Yelp for my first experience sending flowers in the Coatesville area. The arrangement is gorgeous with similar flowers to the arrangement pictured, and my sister loves them! Picked up the bouquet just before 5 on Monday and it was waiting for my wife when she came come from her office that evening. She always loves the flowers from your shop and after smelling them and looking at them, took pictures to send to our daughter. I saw the beautiful online pictures of the “designers choice” bouquets and loved the seasonal flowers that they used. However my friend sent me a picture of the arrangement she got and it was nothing like the ones pictured, More like a bouquet from Wegmans. The Store explained they were having trouble getting inventory which is surprising since there’s tons of flowers everywhere. They offered to replace the bouquet which didn’t make sense since they didn’t have anything better so I excepted a partial refund

It was a very pretty OK but when I saw all the flowers that were delivered it was the standard exactly how they were pictured pretty much down to the count of roses not the double upgraded size that I had paid for so that aspect of it was extremely disappointing.
