The flowers looked great, but the balloons said happy birthday and it was not a birthday celebration. Online it does not specify what kinda of balloons you want. I figured they were plain color balloons. I always order flowers from here, because they look great. A bit expensive to make simple mistakes like this.

This is the second year I ordered from Tommy Austin for my friend's birthday, and we were not disappointed. The arrangement arrived on time and was beautifully arranged. I would have given this review five stars, but for the fact that the arrangement did not have any succulent plants as pictured on the website. This place is amazing s I called in the late morning and had the same day service. It was delivered by 2pm. Was there any skimping on quality? NO it was beautiful with a little scary motif. Tommy Austin was wonderful. They put together a beautiful bouquet and when I entered a digit wrong in the delivery address, they went above and beyond. Actually, the picture posted is much prettier than what actually arrived. It has more of a light pink/dark pink contrast-which is what I asked for. Or, pink setting it off with maroon colors. The light pink roses that I received, looked dried out. Last time I ordered from you/I liked the arrangement better.

After a fabulous, previous experience, I decided to give the Team at Tommy Austin Florist in Rancho Cucamonga another go...they did NOT disappoint. Most of the time, when I order online flower deliveries, I later find out the bouquet is not as promised and doesn't look like the picture. So, of course, I requested the florist team send me a picture of the delivery going out to a colleague that had last a parent. The bouquet was call "Hope this makes you smile" which I'm sure it did because it was absolutely beautiful. Also, shout out to the delivery person (Sergio) who put in the extra effort for my delivery - I had inadvertently switched the apartment numbers when placing my flower delivery order on line. He called me while he was at the apartment complex and asked me to verify the delivery address. Most florists would have just dropped the flowers off at the door and moved on. My mom would not have received her Mother’s Day flowers. She told me the flowers made her day (plus early Saturday delivery). I would give them 1000 stars if I could!! I requested the Designer's Choice for a sympathy arrangement. They delivered on time but my friend was not answering the door. The delivery person not only called my friend but texted her as well. They phoned me as well and asked if they should take return the arrangement to the store. The delivery person was so thoughtful and understood that it is a trying time for my friend and as per my instructions they left the flowers at the door. I ordered a deluxe Rustic Garden flower arrangement because I thought it was beautiful. The person who received the flowers sent me a picture and it was nothing like the picture on-line. It was not deluxe and the colors were completely different. I understand you have to substitute sometimes but I thought the arrangement was cheap looking for the price I paid. It, combined with the chocolates and hand written card made an impressive statement that brought my wife tremendous joy. Not pleasant. Unpleasant attitudes. Blamed me for difficulty delivering to recipient. They closed early. Only driver and one owner/florist on duty apparently. Promised to make it up upon next day redelivery but did not and driver was again impatient & unpleasant recipient said. Same day delivery by another florist in another city @ same price with similar delivery difficulties totally different. They were sweet and accommodating and delivered an arrangement way over the top. I count on florist delivery because I’m handicapped so will need to find local florist. Bloomnation site listed florist in a different city than they were so that didn’t help.

I ordered a sunflower bouquet for my mom from my dad ( who passed away 2 years ago) , it would have been their 55th anniversary. My dad loved sunflowers. Under the “florist notes” I asked for an additional rose to be placed in the bouquet as it was not part of it, and informed the florist I would call and pay the extra for the rose. (My dad died on Valentines Day, hence the red rose.) My mom called and said they had arrived and were beautiful, and that the rose was huge. I called the florist to pay for the rose add on. The owner answered the phone, And when I informed her I needed to pay for the rose she stated, “I read your instructions and was blessed by the story,I am adding the rose for free.” She truly had compassion and blessed my mom and me with this kind gesture... I sent these to my mother-in-law but when she sent me a pic it did not look as it did on the website. There were more carnations than roses and instead of pink ribbon they wrapped a ball of straw around one of the flowers making it look like some kind of nest.

This is my first experience ordering from Tommy Austin Florist but I know my boss loves to use them and this time, I needed to buy flowers for HER. She had a sudden family loss so I needed to act quickly and decided on her favorite florist. The website is SO user friendly, which I didn't expect and there was an option customize a bouquet to my specifications without needing to call and order. I loved this since I am so busy at work these days. I accidentally requested an item be added to bouquet that was specific to another bouquet but the florist called and said she would make it work. They were delivered a *stunning* bouquet within 2 hours of placing my order too! I know that wouldn't be typical for a busy flower holiday (Valentine's or Mother's Day) but I still think it's amazing. Overall this experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend this florist.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my mother for mothers day and they were nothing like the photo. There were very few flowers mostly small filler flowers and they were wilted. It has been 4 days and the flowers are brown and some didnt even open up and they are dead. I would not recommend getting flowers from this place. Complained same day and nothing was done. Very disappointed considering they were nearly $80. An arrangement from Walmart would have lasted longer!!

The arrangement looked very different than the photo which is to be expected to a certain extent. The arrangement I ordered was supposed to be sunflowers only. The arrangement that was delivered had several white roses. I'm not a fan of roses which is why I ordered this particular arrangement. Fortunately, my mom (the recipient) loved the flowers anyway! So 4 stars would have been 5 if the arrangement looked more like the photo.

I’ve ordered a flower delivery from Tommy Austin about 3 times now, and the first two times were flawless. The flowers were gorgeous and fresh, and delivery was smooth. However, the third time I ordered delivery left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. I had ordered some flowers for delivery set for a Saturday. They were intended to be a surprise, and I understand there are some factors to a “surprise delivery” that may hinder the fluidity of their service, however, I did not have thess problems the first two times.
Due to a change in schedules, I had to reschedule the delivery for a same day. They told me there was no problem with that, however, when it came to 6pm, when they were supposed to be delivered, they weren’t. However, I do take blame for this first obstacle; the delivery was to an apartment with no gate code, and the recipient couldn’t answer the phone to open the gate. That is my fault.
So the next morning rolls in, I call bright and early again and request a delivery for the next day (Friday) at a time when the gate would be for sure open. The lady on the phone said hold on let me see. Ok, perfectly fine, I understand it would need approval.
Problem is, they didn’t put me on hold, but instead put the phone down, and I could hear her as she chatted to her coworkers about random topics that didn’t relate to my order, or business in general. After about a minute and a half of this, she picks up the phone again, and asks for the details again. Ok. I tell her the gates will be open 9-6, the recipient will be gone at 10 am, so can you please deliver at 9:45. The business is located 0.9 miles from the recipient, so I feel this isn’t too outlandish of a request. She confirms that this can be arranged, and we hang up.
Friday morning, 10 am rolls around, and the flowers are still not delivered. I call again, and I was told that, something along the lines of “deliver from 9:45 - 6:00” was written down for my order.
Obviously this is false, as the recipient would be gone at 10 am, like I had noted on the phone just yesterday.
So the lady on the phone apologizes for the inconvenience, and says that she will accommodate by adding more roses to the arrangement. This is greatly appreciated, however, at this point, I had to spoil the surprise and call the recipient to let them know to expect the flowers. Not the end of the world, it’s the thought of the flowers that counts right?
So we reschedule for 2:50 that afternoon. 3:00 rolls around, and I’m getting worried because I hear no word of a delivery. No biggie, I understand there may be other deliveries and what not. About 5 minutes later, I get a text from the recipient saying that the delivery driver called and said that I never specified an apartment number.
False. I noted this in the online order, as well as on the phone on the 3 separate occasions that I called.
None the less, the flowers were delivered, and the stressful back and forth was over.
As always, the flowers came out remarkable, however, for the first time dealing with the customer service of Tommy Austin, it could have definitely been more organized and professional.

I was a bit disappointed when the flowers were deceived with only one Mylar balloon. When I ordered online there was an add on for $5 that said balloons and had a stock picture of multiple regular balloons. The add on did not say Mylar balloon or say it was only one balloon. It said balloons which I assumed would be multiple regular balloons based on the picture. I believe it is a bit misleading on what you get. This is my second time ordering from Tommy Austin Flowers. Both were for birthdays. I was happy with my first order to my sister but this time around when I ordered a half a dozen roses for my mom’s birthday, I was quite disappointed. The flowers looked flimsy and about to die. The arrangement looked sloppy and not like the picture. When it came to the card that came with it, it looked like a first grader wrote it in three seconds almost illegible. Could you have at least taken the time to type it out? For the money I spent on this purchase, I probably will not continue my patronage to this florist. Really disappointed.

The vase, shown as a square cobalt blue, was switched at the store. The flowers were pretty, but they were delivered in a very mediocre vase, not square, which would be very modern and beautiful, but in a "vase-shaped" vase, cobalt blue, with no solid, clear base, as shown in the picture. The flowers were not "arranged", not interspersed, blue with white, but all of the roses were in one place, all of the lilies were in another space, all of the blue statis on the opposite side. The flowers themselves were very nice, though I don't know if they have held up since they were delivered. Very disappointed in the vase substitution and in the way the flowers were arranged. The recipient was thrilled, because they were a gift in recognition of an accomplishment.

I spoke with a very nice woman on the phone regarding my order. She mentioned a majority of the flowers I ordered were out of season. After seeing what was delivered I was very disappointed in the flowers that were used as a supplement. I did pay a good amount of money for something that looked like it should have been 1/3 of what I paid

I called in at 9:30am for a special anniversary arrangement and they delivered beautiful red roses the same day only 2 hours later. Will definitely be using them going forward.

I LOVE TOMMY AUSTIN FLORIST! I have tried at least 5 florists in the Rancho Cucamonga area and NONE of them have met my expectations. The arrangement ordered barely resembled the on line arrangement I ordered. BUT Tommy Austin's have exceeded the displayed product and are always fresh and fragerant. I do flower arranging for a hobby and know a talented florist when I see the completed product. Their arrangements look like they were done by a PROFESSIONAL, someone who nows what they are doing. No one can fool me with amature workmanship, they get sent back. BRAVO FINALLY found a awesome company and someone who is proud of their end product. I was very disappointed with the bouquet I ordered via Bloomnation.com and got from Tommy Austin. Shortly after placing my order online, I got a call from the florist saying they didn't have the same particular flowers/colors as shown in the picture, but said they'd make it look as close as possible to what the picture showed, even adding some more roses for the inconvenience. I agreed, but when I saw the bouquet in person, I was surprised at how sparse it was. There were 3 levels you could purchase (Standard, Deluxe and Premium), so you can imagine my shock when the "Premium" level looked like this. It certainly did NOT meet my expectations. It was small and had so many gaps between the flowers, not what you'd expect for a "Premium" level bouquet. It did NOT look like a $75 bouquet! I don't even think it would pass for a $55 (Standard) bouquet, at least not compared to what I am used to buying for that amount. I will not be buying flowers from this florist again.

I placed my order online, ordering was easy, prices are reasonable, I will definitely use again! My only criticism is communication, if the person isn't home when the delivery is attempted the sender should be made aware.

Horrible experience. Ordered "sweetest" arrangement, paid upgrade of $65.00. Looks nothing like what is pictured what I ordered off Tommy Austin's website. Even per the substitution policy, the arrangement does NOT represent the "overall theme or look." Arrangemet has more filler of greens than flowers, shorted on one daisy; leather ferns, carnations, and filler greens makes it look cheap and no design aesthetic. Sent email with picture to Elizabeth Sanchez @ Tommy Austin and Bloomnation - have heard nothing from them. Very disappointed and ripped off. I wish I could leave zero stars, but forced to leave one.
