My brother and I had four (4) floral arrangements made for our mother for mother's day, "from all the dogs". Rather than do one large piece we asked Terri to design using her favorite colors and flowers. The arrangements were beautiful and one of our mom's coworkers said she actually teared up when she saw them. The impact was instant. Terri and her designers are total top tier. TK & Browns did an exquisite job with flowers for a friend's father's funeral. She worked seamlessly with the Funeral Home, and the presentation of two custom arrangements; one that included a Rosary made of real Roses and babies breath, was very noted by the family as quite beautiful. The gentleman was a Veteran and the custom floral heart made of white and red roses was incredible. A fabulous job!

Placed an online order for a next-day delivery and couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful arrangement! The arrangement looked different than the picture on the website, but the final result was even more stunning than we could’ve hoped or asked for! The vase it was delivered in was also of much higher quality than what was pictured online. Delivery was on time and smooth and the quality of the flowers was impeccable. My sister and her husband said the Christmas Spirit arrangement was beautiful. When I asked about the cardinals on it, they both said “there are no cardinals on the arrangement” as it is pictured. I chose this arrangement because of the cardinals which have a very special meaning for us since our mom’s passing several years ago. I even upgraded the arrangement to a more deluxe version. So I am very disappointed that the arrangement delivered was not the complete one that is pictured.

The florist did a very nice job. Although the arrangement did not have orange gerbera daisies in it, it was very pretty. What I really appreciated about them is that they contacted me trying to make certain that what I ordered and the time I ordered it was correct. If I had been able to return their phone call I am certain the orange gerbera daisy issue would have been resolved. My friend who received the flowers was so excited. Thank you TK and Browns!

We pride ourselves with great product and customer service and would like to make this matter right, I can either refund your account or replace the roses this week. Let me know what you would like to do.

TK and Brown surpassed my expectations. I ordered three arrangements and each was beautifully put together with interesting flowers. This was not a run-of the-mill arrangement.

I spoke with Terri before placing the order and she talked about which types of flowers and greens she would use. Beautiful white hydrangeas and roses in one and salmon colored roses in a more fall arrangement. Spectacular!

Not from the area and did minimal research, but TK & Brown's website was attractive and easy to use. Was sent to someone as condolences for a loss. The flowers were so pretty the woman and her mother called saying that the bouquet was gorgeous. I saw a picture too and can confirm they were great. Delivery drive did not want to leave them out in hot sun so he/she waited and met the homeowner. Great job!

They followed my delivery instructions well, my wife was super surprised! The arrangement looked lovely but, I must admit it faded much faster than I expected. However, it could be the particular flowers in this arrangement have a short shelf life. I admit to being no expert on the subject. Overall, it was a good experience.

The bouquet that was delivered to California was stunning. The roses were not all "blush" but it was larger than shown and had some of the most beautiful roses the recipient has ever seen. The service from Terri was outstanding- she searched for the best florist in the area and kept me informed regarding the quality and potential issues. I cannot recommend TK & Brown's more highly for first class bouquets and arrangements.

Dear Sir/Madam
I am disappointed with the order received: details were sent to customer service.
In short:
I purchased deluxe version but instead if 20 orchids there are only 15, too many white hydrengia, vase was changed from clear to white which made whole composition as white not matching the profile photo. Text was shirtened and cut, generally this was my third or forth time to order flowers but first time i was truly disappointed and upset. Until now i did not get any replacement or compensation, awaiting for reply from customer service.

The flowers were delivered and left on the front step. When my daughter-in-law saw them a couple hours later, they were covered with ants. She had to leave them outside. So my birthday present to her didn't go over too well. If she didn't live 5 hours away, I could have taken them directly to her.

Ordered this arrangement for Mother's Day. First of all, my mom loved the flowers, so that was a win and they were delivered on time, so that was also good. HOWEVER, the actual arrangement looked nothing like the picture on the website. I upgraded to premium and there were two (at most) roses and the arrangement was more gray and purple vs. purple and pink. Not certain the upgrade was worth it. Very disappointed!
