I purchased a bouquet priced at $169 along with a delivery fee, intending it to be a heartfelt birthday gift for my mom on March 26th. Regrettably, the flowers failed to arrive as scheduled, prompting me to request a refund. However, the disappointment lingers, for no refund can mend the absence of this special occasion. Truly disheartening.

The Valentine's Day flowers that I ordered for my wife were not delivered. Tina was not helpful. I generally try to order flowers via local merchants. These flowers were to be delivered to a Woodland Hills address. The interaction left me frustrated. I will not make that mistake again. The ordeal continued the following day when I asked for a refund. Tina referred me to some third party. Fortunately American Express refunded my account immediately.

2. The shipping was not what I've ordered.

I had the Chic Mixed Bouquet delivered to my mother at work the Friday before Mother's Day. They arrived at a good time, and we're just as pictured. Even better, because there were some kale roses tossed in that she totally loved! I moved to Florida last year, and it can be hard to find a florist you can trust to deliver good results. If you haven't been to Tina's Flower, know that you can definitely count on them.

I will NEVER use this florist again! I placed my order online and had the confirmation. It didn't arrive until about 3 days later! A HUGE disappointment as it was for my granddaughter. I telephoned from the UK where I live and spoke to the cleaner who eventually put me in touch with Tina. The explanation was that when the store is closed the online orders go to a 'third party'. Well why don't they then communicate with the 'third party' to get the order?!! Or if you cannot cope then don't have an online ordering site! Not rocket science! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!

DO NOT USE! I ordered condolence flowers and the recipient never received them. It was extremely embarrassing to ask if they ever got the flowers, and after multiple calls and emails with the owner the problem was never resolved. I am now disputing the charge with the bank.

Arrangement was beautiful, but service was mediocre at best. They didn't deliver at the requested delivery time and my order was mixed up with someone else's. They had the wrong name and address on my arrangement. AM delivery was requested, but didn't receive it until 5:30pm that evening. The driver had to be called back bc his deliveries were don't for the day. Overall the woman trying to problem solve was inefficient and incredibly unhelpful. She never asked my name or order number so I have no idea how they found my arrangement.
