Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I live in West Virginia & my daughter lives in Goodyear, AZ. I sent this for her birthday and she was very pleased with it. The lady that took my order did an excellent job and was very helpful. If I’m not mistaken her name is Emily (sometimes I forget names). She was very helpful & has a great personality. I PREVIOUSLY CALLED ANOTHER FLOWER SHOP IN THIS TOWN AND I WAS GETTING TERRIBLE SERVICE SO I HUNG UP. I THEN CONTACTED THOMPSON'S AND GOT AMAZING SERVICE AND THE PLANT I ORDERED WAS BEAUTIFUL. The arrangement was delivered promptly after purchase. The recipient of the arrangement said it was beautiful, and the plants were very fresh. The website was user friendly, and i was contacted by phone to confirm my delivery request. A very good experience with this florist. I definitely will use them again
