I really like the fact you sent a picture of the arrangement BEFORE a delivery was made, Also, I want to thank you for leaving a message on my recipient’s phone letting her know where you’d placed the arrangement, since she did not answer the door. First time using The Yellow Rose, totally unfamiliar with any florist in the area as I live out of state. Sending flowers to my mom for Mother's Day. I usually go through a national website, but when I punched in the zip code for Olive Branch, it said delivery would not be until after the holiday, which was a little ridiculous seeing how it was the Tuesday before. So, I was on my own to find a florist. Took a chance on this florist. Last night my mom called very excited and said, "I don't know where you got these flowers, but they are the prettiest flowers I've ever seen!". Now, I get my mom flowers twice a year, every year, so this was definitely a huge compliment to the Yellow Rose. I paid $100 for what I thought was a metal heart frame with five roses and some baby's breath and a small box of chocolates.
I was dissapointed when my wife received it at work and brought it home; I discovered it was a cardboard heart, five roses, and a small box of chocolates. And that's fine, if I'd paid $40.
But for $100 I could have sent her a dozen roses and at least it would have had a vase; not a cardboard cutout heart.
If it's cardboard then say that in the description.

Yellow Rose florist was able to get this to my daughter-in-law promptly on the day that their family dog passed away. I placed a call and they were so nice to include two teddy bears for my grandchildren instead of just one at now extra cost. The only problem was that the pot was supposed to say butterfly garden. We told the kids that the dog's spirit would live on in butterflies, and plan to build a butterfly garden using this planter pot.

My sister recently turned 50, so I got her nice jewelry and sent her flowers. I’m out of state, so I searched Google and this place was included in my results. After placing my order, I had received an email regarding my order, in that the flowers that came with the arrangement were out of their stock, so they informed me they would substitute with something else. Since I wanted something different as a substitute, I called the florist and the employee I talked to was sweet as pie and so helpful. During our phone call, she had said another employee was about to take off with deliveries, so she told me she would keep the driver there so they could change the flowers to the ones I requested. I called in the Nick of time, but they went out of their way to accommodate my request and were so friendly with their southern hospitality. I also like that they emailed me a snapshot of my order. The flowers were beautiful and my sister loved them. I highly recommend this florist!

I can not say enough about y’all. I tragically lost my best friend and her husband last weekend. My mind was all over the place and I totally forgot to order flowers earlier in the week. The funeral was 4/10/21 and I didn’t order until 4/9/21, crossing my fingers they would make it in time, and it did!!! I asked y’all to make either a very colorful or all white arrangement. Absolutely great customer service! I loved the snapshot of the arrangement before delivery and the phone call to make sure everything went as smoothly as possible with the delivery. I loved how attentive they were with updates about changes, delivery, etc. very professional. I was disappointed the bouquet didnt have the red roses it showed in the picture because my mom really loves red and pink roses. But they told me ahead of time about the change to orange roses so at least I was notified. Overall my mom stilled loved the bouquet. I dont order flowers often because they are expensive when you get them custom made so that was no surprise. I would say they are comparable to any other florist with their price.

I was very excited to see the Peace Lily prominently displayed at the visitation. The Peace Lily was delivered in a timely manner. The florist did a wonderful job. The only suggestion I would have and I am not sure if it is possible is to change the card's visibility as there were other plants similar in the room as well. I would recommend Yellow Rose Florist LLC to others. KUDOS to you all!

the roses are not as pale as i thought they would be and they had to substitute a pink daisy which i feel like it threw off the whole thing. these were a gift for someone that just lost their mother and i just feel like it was just too much pink. i wanted something with more white and muted colors.

The florists at The Yellow Rose were very fast and helpful! I ordered a birthday bouquet for my grandmother’s birthday, and while they were running low on the exact flowers from the one I ordered on their website, they immediately called and said they would use what they had and make it look beautiful.. and boy did they ever!! I could not have been happier with it, and neither could my grandmother! (They even emailed me a picture of the bouquet they made for her, and I absolutely loved how well they made it look using different flowers!) Ordering flowers from out of state, online or by phone has in the past been a risky business. BUT NOT THIS TIME!!! I looked for a local Florist hoping for better than quality than I have previously experienced. To my complete shock, The Yellow Rose Florists exceeded not only my expectations, but my desires as well. The 2 arrangement ordered online were confirmed quickly. The first was delivered in under 2 hours. The second, a larger arrangement placed after closing time with a little note in hopes it would arrive BEFORE the event started at 10am. Was confirmed right away, and deliver before 9am on a Monday.
I received "bloom snaps" of both arrangements (a first for me) and cried at the better than perfect arrangements they've created. I cannot than them enough for being present, talented, diligent and compassionate be when I couldn't be there in person. THANK YOU YELLOW ROSE staff. I give 100 stars, you deserve it!

I ordered online the day before I wanted the arrangement delivered and realized that I needed to alter the order to add a birthday balloon, so I called a few hrs before they delivered. The lady told me that the cross I ordered was a memorial cross, and she wanted to make sure it was what I wanted, considering that my card had a happy birthday message. She then guided me towards a more suitable gift. We talked for a bit and I told her that I had recently returned from a deployment from overseas. She told me that they offer a 10% discount for military, however it does not offer the discount if you order online. So, she added more flowers and balloons. I very much appreciated that gesture. I will continue to use this florist!!

I ordered flowers for my mom the day after Mother's Day and had them delivered that day to her work which was excellent, she got them and they were beautiful. The only thing is that they didn't match the picture that I picked out online, most of all the flowers were violet in the picture and the ones she got were all different, which was fine they were actually a lot prettier than the ones I picked online. I understand that they may of ran out of the ones that were pictured but I wish companies would let you know that, that is the case and it may be a little different from what you ordered. This is the 2nd time a florist delivered something different to my mom than what I had originally picked. But they were beautiful regardless and she loved them!
