The Wild Dahlia

We are a team of misfit designers featured in numerous publications and TV appearances such as Vogue, People, Martha Stewart Weddings, Boston Magazine, Brides, and Bravo. We are taking on the retail world and are ready to bring beauty to your home or special event. Come in and explore our historic 200 year-old home (apparently haunted) filled with the ultimate cool girl items, unique blooms, and all things botanical. I was never one to fit in. Even the "out-of-the-box" creative types saw me as a bit unruly. A wild one, I suppose. So, seven years ago, I took my untamed creative spirit and launched The Wild Dahlia. Since then, I've had a baby, gotten married and bought a 200 year old home (that's rumored to be haunted) as a retail spot for The Wild Dahlia - it's been a sometimes loud and always unpretentious adventure. We have graced publications such as People, Vogue, Martha Stuart, Boston Magazine, and countless wedding publications. We were also recognized as one of the most exciting florists in the USA by The Florist Review!

How will I receive a new bouquet?

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (508) 618-0004, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (508) 618-0004 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

My experience was unparalleled. I ordered this arrangement for Valentine's Day this past Friday, and the order went from late, to delayed, to failed. My wife was very understanding, but I was disappointed for her. When I called to speak about a refund, Corie answered and explained that there was a major failure with the deliveries that day, and they were already providing a full refund, as well as still delivering the flowers the following day. I don't live in Brockton, I'm in New Bedford, but Corie showed up at our agreed upon time at my house, much to the delight of my wife. She also gifted us a second smaller arrangement and a small giftbag for the trouble. This is why you go to small business: not for the freebies when things go south, but the genuine care and concern they have that the big stores can't afford to offer. I was already pleased with my choice before Valentine's Day, but with the follow-up and sincere concern about how my wife and I were affected afterwards, it's a no-brainer: I'll be ordering another arrangement from this shop *very* soon.

Delivery Details & Tips

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
