At The Watering Can, Laura specializes in petite arrangements made of unique, quality flowers. She focuses on getting you the flowers as soon as possible after hand picking them so you are able to enjoy them for the maximum amount of time that nature allows. Each flower creation is made without a template which allows Laura the creativity to place each one where it will show its maximum beauty. This allows you or your loved one to receive a fresh, one of a kind arrangement.
Even as a young girl, Laura saw the beauty in flowers and felt the joy they could bring. She spent much of her childhood at her grandparents’ farm, always hoping to leave with a bouquet of fresh flowers. She was never disappointed. After they were picked, she would go into her grandparents’ basement and carefully select the perfect vase, which her grandmother collected from local antique shops. She would then arrange the flowers just so before bringing them home to marvel at. After graduating with her Masters in Business Administration, she realized that she can help spread the joy of flowers. She understands deeply that bringing nature into any environment can make it feel more beautiful, warm and tranquil. At The Watering Can, Laura’s goal is to meld the rustic farm-like feel of her childhood with modern luxury to create the perfect arrangement. While not working on flower arrangements, Laura can be found in her garden or spending time with her husband, daughter and dog. She is also the secretary of a not-for-profit charity.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
