Flowers were beautiful but you delivered it a day early and not on my mom’s birthday. She loves them though and said they were the best arrangement she’s ever received.

I'm a long time fan and customer. I have to say the arrangement that arrived was beautiful, but I can't say it resembled the pic at all or was what I was going for. I was hoping for the sculptural and unexpected quality of "green is the new black". The arrangement they received was mostly pink and white flowers surrounded by greens and it was def. a traditional round shape. It was very pretty, but I think I should call next time and not pick one of your pre-selected arrangements.

I ordered a delivery from out of state for a dear friend, not only did it arrive promptly (she loved them) but when there was some confusion about the address, the delivery driver called for correction and clarification. I can't thank you enough. They were perfect.

They were left on the porch despite the hand delivery $30. And they looked droopy and wilted by the time my friend got to them.

Funny you should ask. I liked the moody vase and overall image of the sample...but the actual product looked like a downgrade and not a $200 + arrangement. It looks like a $125 arrangement. I also said it was for a couple who were supposed to get married on Sat and had to postpone due to Covid19. I would like some sort of credit.

Third time Ive used VG and it wont be my last. Michael called to tell me the the progression of my order and was extremely articulate and pleasant relaying that info. First by calling me and then texting the results. VelvetGardens is a class act

My flowers are AMAZING!! They look even more beautiful than the photo on the website. The flowers were rich and vibrant in color, there were so many of them, the urn was high quality and I just could not be happier. Florists are expensive here in L.A. and this arrangement was not only worth every penny, but looked far more expensive and like a work of art. I will be a customer forever.

I needed a florist I could depend on, and Velvet Garden saved the day. Their arrangements are original and beautiful. My friend's 40th Birthday was a successful surprise. He loved it!! All I can say is trust this florist, and they'll get it right each time.

I ended up calling LA myself to book and then get telephone conf of delivery

So easy to order and place a same day delivery. Would be nice if you sent a final photo of what was sent since some flowers and vases may have changed. But everything was such an easy process.
