The flower arrangement was beautiful, but the message in the card was wrong. I noticed that someone miskeyed my message when the confirmation email was sent. I replied to that email explaining that they had reversed the order of the letters, and when I didn’t hear back, I called the store to ensure they had it right. I’m bummed that all that effort didn’t result in fixing the error and getting it right for delivery.

This was the first time I purchased flowers from The Twisted Tulip and I am so impressed with the service and bouquet. Denver had a few inches of snow on the day the flowers were to be delivered and they were concerned the flowers may be harmed by the cold weather if left outside. Nancy offerred to deliver them personally the next day ( Sunday) when the shop was not open. This offer was above and beyond any other florist I've used. The bouquet was beautiful as well. I'll definitely be a returning customer. Nicest people

The photo my friend, the recipient, sent looked nothing like the photograph on your website. We chose this bouquet for the deep purple palette. The delivered version was white and pink with prominent roses. We didn't see/expect/want roses, nor so much pink, featured in the bouquet. Thankfully, the recipient thought it was lovely. The purchasers were disappointed it didn't match the description more accurately. Communication also could've been better. Delivery confirmation was delayed a day/inaccurate even though it was delivered as scheduled. For the steep price, we expected more.

Overall nice but the snap dragons could have been fresher - this was a blind buy -florist design

One of the most beautiful arrangements we have ever seen. And the customer service was above and beyond literally...they were delivered on time during the terrible storm in Denver yesterday with hail and tornado warnings and a broken windshield from the hail - any other service vendor would have said "I'm not delivering today" but not Twisted Tulip. I ordered from out of state to have flowers delivered to my aunts funeral. So I’m not sure how they looked in person, if they look like the picture then I am happy. I did get an email confirmation when they were delivered. $25 dollar delivery fee and they still ask for a tip when you order. Glad that I split the order with my 3 siblings.

The photo shows a lot of flowers and a few leaves. The bouquet we received had twice as many leaves than flowers and some of the leaves were wilted and bent over on themselves. This was one of the most expensive arrangements I have ever purchased and I was quite disappointed in how few flowers it actually contained. Also, the long branches weren't much to look at - just leggy things with not much foliage on them, unlike the photo. I can't believe I spent this much money for what they got.

The flowers were very pretty. But I think the flower arrangement was very small for the price.

First of all, I enjoyed looking at the picture named “The Season” posted on website. I liked the way of flower arrangement and the contrast of strong colors. Because of these features, I ordered and had it delivered to my friend’s address.
Upon receiving a picture from my friend, I felt disappointed. I did not see any of those features that I expected on the bouquet. If it did not look like “The Season”, what was it?
The 3 stars are for the product delivered on time. That’s all.

This is the first time I’ve ordered from Twisted Tulip, but my boyfriend has bought me flowers from them before. Their arrangements are always stunning, their chocolates are delicious, and their delivery people are so friendly. I bought mine last minute and they delivered the flowers that day!! I expected a variety of colors for the tulips as shown in the the photo. Instead, the flowers that were delivered contained only red and white. I ordered this for a birthday last year and it was perfect. This year, sadly, I was disappointed.

There were some needed flower substitutions, but I got a call to discuss prior to those being made.

We needed flowers for a celebration of life delivered the day after we placed the order online. I received a call the next day stating that they didn't have all the flowers, or the same container for the arrangement we ordered. I returned the call and they stated they could deliver the flowers 2 day later, and I asked if they could put it in a different container, and replace the flowers with something else. They did, and delivered them on time. We received a call from the husband thanking us for the beautiful arrangement. I didn't expect the florist to reach out and offer so much help over the phone. I would highly recommend The Twisted Tulip, especially if ordering online. They have excellent customer service, and apparently provide beautiful flowers. The Twisted Tulip makes gorgeous bouquets from exotic, high quality flowers. Nobody will mistake them for a grocery store arrangement. As an added bonus many of the arrangements are short and wide, which makes them easy to transport in a car.

I ordered a tulip bouquet for my daughter's birthday online in the morning, and it was delivered on time that afternoon. It was artfully arranged (just as represented in the picture on the website) and my daughter LOVED it.
The card was held in place by a strong stem/natural wooden stick rather than a piece of plastic, which was a nice touch.

The picture on the website shows roses and celosia. From the picture that my aunt sent me, I did not see these. Roses seemed to be replaced by Gerbera daisies. No showy celosia in sight. No berry accents either. For the price tag, it could be better - at least be closer to what is advertised or more unique in presentation in terms of height and flower selection. I was a little disappointed in the colors. I chose this arrangement because red, yellow, and purple are my favorite grouping together. It was not as bright and cheery as I expected. Flower arrangement was very nice and met expectations. However, customer service wasn’t great - I never received delivery confirmation so I had to rely on the recipient to let me know she received the flowers, and I had requested a photo of the final arrangement from the florist (so I didn’t have to ask the recipient) and never received that, either. For $100 plus delivery, service fee, and taxes ($120 total), I would like at least a delivery confirmation and a text or email of the final arrangement isn’t out of the ordinary. Photos of products are often attached to reviews (esp. on Yelp, etc.) and usually only bolster future trade for businesses.

This was my first time ordering flowers from the Twisted Tulip, and it was a fantastic experience. They are definitely not the most affordable, but the flower arrangement was gorgeous! I selected the "designer's choice," not knowing what flowers will be included, basically leaving it in the hands of the florist. The Twisted Tulip did not disappoint. The flowers were unique, fresh, and arrived the same day I ordered them. I would highly recommend this flower shop.

While the order was delivered on time and the arrangement was beautiful, I had ordered the premium arrangement. From the photo of the basic arrangement, it looks the same as the one I sent. In the description for the flowers, it said the pictured arrangement would include more flowers if upgraded to the premium arrangement. That does not seem to be the case with my order. Otherwise, the arrangements you provide are one of a kind.

Completely delighted with the outcome of the “designer’s choice;” you’ll be glad you chose this shop over the other options!

Although I called and rescheduled delivery for Monday, the flowers were still scheduled for delivery today. Luckily I was called and hope that the mix up was resolved. I wrote a rave review last year, so this mix up was quite surprising and upsetting. I live in NJ, so I cannot deliver the flowers myself, depending solely on your professionalism to get it right.
I expect more from this caliber of florists. I just hope the bouquet is up to par!

I made a note asking for low-fragrant flowers on my online order. I received a phone call within 10-15 minutes of placing that order to let me know that the stocks in this particular arrangement were pretty fragrant and was asked if I had a preference on a replacement. I made one suggestion but am unaware of seasons for different flowers so asked for them to decide as they are the experts.
Around 15 minutes later, I called them back to ask if it was possible to update the arrangement to heavy whites and silvers to coincide with the 25th anniversary of the recipients (requested delivery date was for the next day). They were obliged to once again, help make the requested changes.
Both times and both people I spoke with were absolutely lovely and the arrangement was beautiful!

I am extremely pleased with my experience with the Twisted Tulip. I live in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada but spend a fair bit of time in Denver. I was looking for a tasteful and progressive flower shop to send a condolence flowers to close friends of ours and I definitely picked the right shop. The online ordering was simple, the service afterward felt very personal and the delivery was incredibly prompt with immediate and subsequent follow up! I will definitely go back to the Twisted Tulip and would highly recommend them.

The arrangement was significantly smaller than I expected. The flower selection was random. I'm OK with the flowers being random but because they were "leftover" stems I would have expected a significantly larger arrangement.

My sister loved the flowers! They went above and beyond when they called my sister at the provided address only to find she was across town. They immediately drove to the new location to make sure she had the flowers in hand that day and didn’t give her any grief about the mixup. I truly appreciate the effort that the twisted tulip demonstrated.

We wanted to choose a local florist so we looked online and found The Twisted Tulip. Using the web site was easy. We even had an idea what the actual card would look like, besides just the flowers. We set up delivery for about a week later and sure enough, the flowers arrived at the office of our daughter-in-law and she was delighted! She said everyone in the office was eyeing this beautiful arrangement. We were happy the colors and design were as pictured, so no bad surprises. The pot was not what was pictured? Was expecting a wooden/bamboo pot- was a kind of tacky white one.

If you want love for someone flow through floral arrangements The Twisted Tulips has no equal. Floral online shopping was a nightmare, didn't know how poorly until my daughter cybered me photos of other florists.

I ordered an orchid for my daughter in Denver for her birthday. I didn't get to see it because I live in Tulsa, but my daughter said it was absolutely gorgeous. It was also timely delivered on her birthday, even though Denver had just experienced a huge snowstorm. I would definitely order from again.

I ordered the arrangement in the late morning. I realized that we were not going to be home most of the afternoon, so I called Twisted Tulip to get an update on the delivery time. They called the delivery driver and expedited the delivery. The beautiful arrangement was delivered immediately! The gentleman who delivered the arrangement was wonderful!! Thank you!

Twisted Tulip has done an excellent job both times I've used them. I highly recommend them.

Came a day earlier than scheduled date. Recipient had voicemail left and everything left at front desk. Told front desk not to deliver since they just left a voice mail. Recipient didn't notice till the next day that they had something.

Placed my order online everything was perfect! She was thrilled with the flowers and it was delivered on time with no issues.

I had to change the shipping address at the last minute due to some unforeseen circumstances...almost as the flowers were going out the door! They were so helpful in changing the address and working with me to adjust the delivery schedule. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and my mother loved them!

Great Flowers, they were much smaller than i expected, I ordered the largest size and it seemed like I got the smallest size. Not worth the 125$ more like 75$

My daughter did not receive her Birthday delivery. The Florist gave me a full refund and delivered when made aware. I was happy with the end result and have to say the customer service regarding this issue was wonderful.

I’d like to leave zero stars but apparently that is not an option. I ordered an expensive beautiful bouquet and instead they delivered a cheesy bouquet with carnations. The arrangement received was not even close (at all!!) to what I purchased and ordered. Very very disappointed.

Flowers turned out better than expected. My daughter was thrilled once again! We love this florist.

Truly a beautiful arrangement on very short notice. I had no doubts about ordering this from out of town. I have used this florist for pleasure and business and continue to be pleased. As always I highly recommend to others.

Incredibly disappointing! Received a call from the florist immediately after ordering — said it would be delivered by 6:30pm since a special request was noted to deliver by 5pm. How nice!! NOT No photo of the arrangement. No call about missing the delivery. No update on status.

She suggested I choose a custom arrangement to get the utmost creativity from the floral designer. This past order was not the first time I purchased from the Twisted Tulip. Although your website is amazing, your flowers are not. The cost for tropicals is high but the quality of the tropicals and the number of flowers in the arrangement do not match the price point. There are many greens and not many flowers. The arrangement I just purchased was not even healthy looking. Unfortunately, I will not recommend or use the Twisted Tulip again.

Flowers were magnificent

The bouquet delivered was pretty, however, I was a bit disappointed as I thought that there would be peonies in them like the photo showed online and there were not.

I would have appreciated a call to inform me if you were out of peonies so I could have chosen a different arrangement.

I ordered a Designer’s Choice. It was luxurious and colorful. My friend really loved it. I’m glad I ordered from Twited Tulip and will do so again.

I went up from 75 to 85 dollars on this arrangement for a more deluxe option. It was delivered to an out of town friend. It did arrive on time. She sent me a picture when she received it and it did not even look as good as the $75. arrangement.

Flowers were delivered on time. But the flowers per $ was disappointing. I have spent a lot less for more.
