How will I receive a new bouquet?

Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (484) 786-8185, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (484) 786-8185 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

My friend sent me a picture. I ordered premium. It was “ok”, I expected more for premium. It made me wonder what standard looks like. I always worry about ordering flowers online. I was hoping for nice, really full, and lush given the cost. Since she lives far from me, I had no choice but to order her flowers first her birthday. She appreciated it, so I guess that’s what matters, but I’m the picture anyway, it looked just “ok”.

The Stem's End was one of the best floral experiences I've ever had! Their website was easy to navigate and their arrangements were beautiful. Even nicer was their constant communication every step of the way. They emailed when the delivery was scheduled, again on the day of and actually included a picture of exactly what was being sent. A far cry from places that make so many changes the end result doesn’t even resemble what was ordered. I was emailed a confirmation when the delivery was completed. Very impressive!

The arrangement was beautiful, just what I asked for and fragrant. However, as I walked across the street with the arrangement to deliver it to the recipient, I must have made a wrong move, combined with wind or something and all the flowers came out and fell on the street. They were only in water in a shallow container with no frog or floral foam (I didn’t remove the container from the box to examine it) and I hurriedly pick up all the stems and replaced them. My husband and recipient’s husband told me the arrangement still looked fine, but I feel horrible. I wish it had been more secure.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
