The Sidewalk Garden

The Sidewalk Garden is Atlanta's Freshest Floral Design! Our florist studio is located in Atlanta's historic Kirkwood Neighborhood and we are proud to serve the local in-town community with beautiful flowers for any and all occasions. Choose from various categories of occasions and from our many formulated designs--or create something totally custom to your desires! Will Craig

Welcome to The Sidewalk Garden! We're so happy you've dropped by our website--We hope to meet you in person soon. The Sidewalk Garden was founded in 2021 amid the Coronavirus pandemic. Previous owners David and Eric had a vision and wanted to create a floral shop in Kirkwood. This beautiful gem located 15 minutes outside of Atlanta. Is not like any floral shop you have seen. With a heavy focus on flowers, plants, pots and gifts. You will never want to leave. In September 2023, previous owners decided they wanted to close the shop. The neighbors in Kirkwood were sad to hear of the closing. The week before the store was scheduled to close the new owner Will decided to acquire The Sidewalk Garden. Will Craig has been an event and floral designer of his own shop Beyond Dreams ATL, for 15 years. Working out of his basement for 10 of those years. He was able to build a following and create a buzz for his designs. He has been featured twice in Voyage ATL and Bold Journey. His creations have been featured on Sister Circle, Housewives of ATL, Antica Farmacista, Atlanta Food & Wine, America's Mart and much more. With a following on Instagram of over 20K, creating florals is his passion. Whether it's a bouquet, sympathy arrangements or event design. He can create something special that will leave you wanting more. His passion not only comes out in his designs, but his passion is also evident from the moment you speak to him. His personality will make you want to come back for more.

I was totally surprised when your flowers were delivered to my retirement luncheon. They were from my sister and niece. They live in different states and were not able to attend, but they couldn't have chosen a better stand in. I am a flower lover and the arrangement took my breath away! I so appreciated the variety of so many quality flowers. My luncheon was very lovely, but the floral arrangement was the star!

I found The Sidewalk Garden on Yelp as a 5 star recommendation and specifically I was looking for orders made for local delivery from out of state.
I messaged the owner with specific questions and got a prompt reply, was able to order online-include special instructions which were followed, get follow-up pictures of the arrangement sent to me and was kept apprised of when the delivery was made.
Price was VERY reasonable, arrangement was absolutely lovely-recipient was thrilled and now I have a go-to florist in the Atlanta area!!

I was disappointed in the poor customer service from this florist. I called the phone number listed on your website six times and left two voice mail messages. No one answered the phone or called me back. I also emailed the customer service address on your website, and again, no answer. The total lack of customer service is mind boggling! How do you stay in business? The flowers were pretty, but they didn't look like the picture on your website. I will never order from you again and you were recommended by one of your customers.

I apologize that you were disappointed with your flowers. As the owner I had life threatening health issues. So two people were helping me out. I am not sure as to why they didn’t answer the email or phone. I am still recovering and just seeing emails that weren’t answered. As far as the flowers not looking like the picture. That is a stock image and we try to get as close as we can. So sorry that you used us during this transition. Wish you all the best!

There was a car in the driveway and typically when people don’t answer we leave them at the door. Most times we don’t have any issues with leaving them. Next time put a note to let us know you don’t want it left at the door. Unfortunately we don’t know exact times of delivery. Before placing your next order let us know so we can discount you.

Super friendly on the phone when I ordered a special bouquet for my daughter who just had a baby. Since many of the baby designs on the website had an abundance of pink flowers, I requested something with blue blooms to honor my new grandson, and the florist came through. Flowers were delivered the next day and my special instructions on where to leave them and not to ring the doorbell (to not wake anyone napping) were followed perfectly. I will be using this florist again.

We ordered the ‘Juicy’ floral arrangement to be sent for my daughter’s birthday.
Placing the order was seamless, easy and the flowers arrived on time. Super fresh arrangement with the flowers still in pre-full bloom so I know they will last and keep changing! VERY UNHAPPY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was excited to have a Florist in Kirkwood and love to support the local businesses. It took me 1 week of messages and multiple calls to place a custom order over the phone for Mother's Day. I did this on April 14th, well in advance of the event. What a disaster. I was notified at Noon he day the order was to be picked up that what I ordered was not available and they were substituting flowers. They asked that I contact them as soon as possible to "work something out". My daughter and granddaughter were VERY disappointed. They forgot part of the additional flowers (Roses) and the other additions (Tulips) were of poor quality. It was in a cheap, tacky vase with no greenery or Baby's Breathe. My daughter said some of the flowers never opened and the ones that did, died quickly. I called and emailed twice with no response. My husband left another message with no response. We have filed a dispute with our Credit card company. Then I got an email with a credit that in no way makes up for this disaster and ruined Mother's Day. I responded this was unsatisfactory and I have not received a reply. I am sorry to say, although convenient and local, I will not be using them again.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
