There was a minor inconvenience with the orchids, but it was quickly resolved. The substitution with pink dahlias and deep burgundy calla lilies made the arrangement even more beautiful!

I thought the Pretty Pinks arrangement was so pretty in the picture, but the arrangement that was received by my sister-in-law wasn’t pink. Roses were red and lillies were white. I know the disclaimer said that colors might be substituted, but I was disappointed that the arrangement wasn’t pink like the picture. My sister-in-law was happy and said the arrangement was beautiful.

The customer service is as good as it gets! This was my second time as a customer at SC Florists, the first time went absolutely perfect the second time there was a little problem but the issue was responded to perfectly and quickly and mom got her flowers on Mother's day. The personnel are friendly, efficient and willing to help, I couldn't be happier!

Edit. Day late and a false email that they were delivered yesterday but beautiful nonetheless. Very happy Mother so I upped my review from one to four stars. Tell the truth if you miss delivery by a day. Closer to Mother's Day so all good. I only picked Thursday as I knew she'd be home. Again, honesty is the best policy.

I ordered flowers for mothers day sort of last minute because the company, of the gift I had originally purchased, had royally screwed up my order and was going to be 3 weeks late on delivery. I chose the Elegance Bouquet. Beautiful flowers in a white vase and reasonably priced. I knew the flowers would be a day late as they were a last minute order. However, the owner texted me the night before Mother's Day and said she had seen that my order was a gift for mother's day but wasn't being delivered until Monday and would I like the flowers to be delivered tomorrow instead. I was elated. It meant a lot that they went the extra mile to get the beautiful bouquet to my mom on her special day free of charge. I will definitely be ordering from here in the future.

The delivered flowers did NOT look like the photo you advertised at all. Flowers in the photo are arranged much more freely and used several different greens and tulips...but what you delivered was very structured arrangement which I could have made them myself at home.

For years I relied on 1-800-Flowers to take care of all my flower needs. I expect to get what I pay for and after a few times of friends or loved ones receiving damaged or unsightly gifts, I decided it was enough. So I went local and tried San Clemente Florist. Ordering and paying online was an easy enough process, however, I wanted to incorporate a gift with the flower arrangement and so chose a candle (not too much choice unfortunately) which was, in my opinion, overpriced considering it was sent by a local florist and not from the UK. The person that received the flowers was encouraged on how pretty it was. I asked about the card and she said it was there however, she couldn't understand what it said because of bad handwriting. I had thought that it was type with some pretty font just like online. My recommendation, print out the cards instead of handwriting it, unless the handwriting is pretty.

The ordering went very smoothly. I appreciated the online communication and updates. My daughter sent a picture of the flowers. They are beautiful but when I pulled up the picture on the order I noticed that there weren't the long stemmed tulips extending outward plus the "extra" greens in her arrangement. That was a little disappointing.

Excellent service! I was an exchange student 3 years ago in San Clemente and I wanted to give my host mom a surprise but I forgot to buy something by amazon. So I was running out of time when I thought on buying her flowers right from the city. It took me five minutes to make the order and honestly I was worried that she was not going to get them because I bought them a day before mothers day.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
