Substitution Policy
In some instances, the florists’ photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated. Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, the local florist will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value.
Delivery Policy
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences. Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.

I’ve ordered flowers from other flower shops and have always been disappointed from the actual size when seen in person. They seem to be smaller than expected and not worth near what I paid for it. The Posy Place however changed my mind. The planter we ordered was actually larger than expected and absolutely beautiful. I will definitely use Posy Place again

It was very nice thank you I noticed someone else ordered the same plant and It was just like the picture but you put different color of flowers in ours Thank you that was thoughtful. We will be ordering from you again!

Ryan arranged a beautiful sympathy plant with flowers. And had it ready for us to pick up even though my initial order was to deliver it.
