We specialize in bringing beauty and life into your homes, gardens and major life events with stunning floral arrangements created by our talented florists, lush tropical green plants, and a wide variety of annuals, perennials, and trees in our greenhouse. Great customer service! I messed up the delivery time on my flower order (I am in a different time zone) and Rindy and team immediately called me, provided me with options and quickly created my flower arrangement and made the delivery to correct my error.
They then followed up via Email to let me know the delivery had been made. Very pleased with their attention to detail and personable service!

My friend sent me a picture of the arrangement and I was disappointed that the selection of flowers were not up to the standard Teleflora Pictured. The lily’s were at the final phase of bloom, too many fillers rather than the Gerbera daises and roses. Even if you needed to make substitutions, your choices were inferior. Not a good representation for the shop or the amount charged.

When sending flowers for a family funeral from Canada to the USA, the website and ordering were easy and seamless through The Plant Place and Greenhouse. I was obviously not able to see in person, the arrangement that was purchased and delivered, but recieved a notification when it had been dropped off.

The basket of flowing plants were delivered on the day and time I requested. The flowering plants that were pictured on the web site were not available at this time. A representative from Plant Place called to notify me about the situation. They told me that they would replace the flowering plants with something very similar and it would look great. I made an online order for local delivery to the hospital since I live in Germany. Within minutes of processing, I was called to see if a substitute flower could be made since pink roses weren’t available. A substitution of peach roses and pink carnations was made and the arrangement was delivered that afternoon.
My sister absolutely LOVED the flowers, especially the soft, peach colored roses which went beautifully with the carnations and daisy’s. Wonderful customer service, and I feel better knowing my money is going to a local business, and not a big, corporate conglomerate. Keep up the great work!

The recipient of this bouquet sent me a photo and the colors were beautiful. I was, however, a little disappointed that I only counted 4 roses. I was really happy about service and delivery. However when my orchid plant arrived it was placed in an ugly wicker basket and a bright purple and lime green bow had been placed on it. Not sure what part of sympathy flowers calls for a Mardi gras colored bow, but I was beyond disappointed.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
