Great customer service! I messed up the delivery time on my flower order (I am in a different time zone) and Rindy and team immediately called me, provided me with options and quickly created my flower arrangement and made the delivery to correct my error.

My friend sent me a picture of the arrangement and I was disappointed that the selection of flowers were not up to the standard Teleflora Pictured. The lily’s were at the final phase of bloom, too many fillers rather than the Gerbera daises and roses. Even if you needed to make substitutions, your choices were inferior. Not a good representation for the shop or the amount charged.

We are sorry you did not like the arrangement, the pictures are just merely a suggestion. If you want it to be exactly like the pictures, you need to order early in order to have specific flowers. It is hard to keep every flower in stock in every color

When sending flowers for a family funeral from Canada to the USA, the website and ordering were easy and seamless through The Plant Place and Greenhouse. The basket of flowing plants were delivered on the day and time I requested. The flowering plants that were pictured on the web site were not available at this time. A representative from Plant Place called to notify me about the situation. They told me that they would replace the flowering plants with something very similar and it would look great. I made an online order for local delivery to the hospital since I live in Germany. Within minutes of processing, I was called to see if a substitute flower could be made since pink roses weren’t available. A substitution of peach roses and pink carnations was made and the arrangement was delivered that afternoon.
My sister absolutely LOVED the flowers, especially the soft, peach colored roses which went beautifully with the carnations and daisy’s. Wonderful customer service, and I feel better knowing my money is going to a local business, and not a big, corporate conglomerate. Keep up the great work!

I didn't see the arrangement, but I'm sure it is beautiful, as always!
I was very impressed when I received a call from the nursery around 1030 am, saying they weren't able, yet to confirm the recipients were home. That the nursery was closing at noon, and closed on Monday, so I was given the option of picking it up myself, or having it delivered on Tuesday.
I was out of town, so I opted for a Tues delivery.
The nursery employee said she would call approx every hour until thry closed, trying to get the job done, as per orders.
I left it in her hands, and pretty soon, I had an email notice of delivery, so she was true to her word, your clerk!
It's details like that, that will draw me back to ordering from you again.

I was really happy about service and delivery. However when my orchid plant arrived it was placed in an ugly wicker basket and a bright purple and lime green bow had been placed on it. Not sure what part of sympathy flowers calls for a Mardi gras colored bow, but I was beyond disappointed.
