I have owned and operated The Owl's Nest in the Historic Armstrong Hotel since 2001. I have worked in customer service for 45 years and strive to make all customer's experience my priority.

|The actual wreath was not as full as the photo and I ordered and paid for the Premium Wreath. Also I specifically added instructions to include a blue ribbon across the wreath AND I followed up with a phone call to ensure you understood the instructions. I was assured that you would do what I requested. Sorry but I was extremely disappointed. No ribbon and an average display of flowers.
One other issue. No communication to me that you do not deliver to the funeral home on the day requested. I was very surprised that there were no flowers.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
