We Love Living the Colorado Dream! The Holly Berry has been proudly serving the Evergreen area since 1987. We are a local family owned and operated shop and love having people stop in the shop!. We are committed to offering only the finest floral arrangements and gifts, backed by service that is friendly and prompt. We have a curated, eclectic variety of gifts and plants in our shop perfect for a variety of occasions. The Holly Berry’s floral art is inspired by the natural art that surrounds us. We are fortunate to live in the Rocky Mountains, where the gorgeous morning rays light up our mountain peaks and brighten our day until the aspen glow warms up our evenings. The natural world provides us with daily displays of color and inspiration. The gorgeous gift of wildflowers each summer, and the golden aspen quacking in the fall inspire our creative process with our designs and materials. We love to collaborate with our clients and incorporate a creative process that allows flowers to communicate love and the celebration of life throughout all of its seasons. We allow nature to guide our work and turn it into something truly magical. Our designs reflect innovation and beauty. We specialize in our detailed and gorgeous weddings/events and enjoy meeting for an in person consultations. Hi!, I'm Sonya Fisher Sava and the proud owner of The Holly Berry. I've been inspired throughout my life by flowers, nature, and travel. The Holly Berry is my happy place that I own with my husband and two kids; who are frequently helping out at the shop in our wonderful small town. We wholeheartedly take advantage of the natural activities that living here allows. The mountains bring inspiration, adventure, challenge and reward, and life! Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (303) 674-4821, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

Holly Berry always creates amazing arrangements. The arrangement I recently ordered was filled with fresh, vibrantly colored flowers. My daughter was delighted, as she always is by a Holly Berry gift. Even though I ordered online, I felt like I got to look in their cooler and choose my flowers. Holly Berry is simply the best.

Very, very disappointed in your service. Ordered the flowers on Friday for a Saturday delivery, which the date was assured on line, and find out Monday you didn't deliver the flowers at all. Our daughter has one birthday a year won't be depending on you to deliver again.

I am very sorry this mistake occurred as I explained when I called you first thing when I opened on Monday. I had set my website to closed for orders on July 4th and 5th (Friday and Saturday) so that my shop could have a July 4th long weekend to enjoy with their family and friends. I also posted a banner on my website that the shop was closed on these days, as well as putting a sign on my physical location's door and a voicemail message on my phone. I am very sorry that this error occurred on my website and I reached out to apologize to you and refund your order fully due to this error.
I am sorry that your daughter missed her delivery on Saturday for her birthday since we were closed, but as I told you on the phone, I would be happy to deliver on Monday and make it extra gorgeous due to our error, or fully refund you. You received your full refund and I apologized for our oversight to you personally on the phone before you posted this review.

I appreciate it greatly when customers call the shop with complaints first to give us a chance to try to help address and issues before they respond on social media.

I am sorry that you weren’t pleased with the healthy, green succulents that we made in the chic, white container that was pictured on the website. We upgraded the succulent garden with ornamental items for Mother’s Day that weren't included in the picture on the site but were complimentary for the holiday. I’d be happy to discuss this arrangement if you would like to call the shop directly.

Hello -
I've purchased many bouquets from the Holly Berry, and they've always been spectacular. I recently ordered this succulent garden for a birthday, and the picture I was sent of the "garden" that was delivered was severly underwhelming. Three succulents and no color other than green. I was quite disappointed, given the cost - I could've picked up a few generic succulents myself for 1/3 of the cost. I was hoping for more.

I'm sorry that you weren't pleased with the succulent container garden. We used an upgraded high quality mid century modern ceramic container with a wooden stand and filled it with 3 larger succulents and added decorative black rocks to complete the overall feel of the garden. The picture shows 5 smaller succulents which can make the garden appear fuller in pictures, but I assure you we put larger, high quality succulents in the container.

I have tried to share a picture of what the arrangement actually looked like but sorry, that doesn’t seem to work. I was aware that the Orchids needed to be replaced, but the arrangement wasn’t what I expected.
Also, the delivery was made when no one was home, left at the front door, and would have been subjected to damage by wildlife since it had no protective wrapping.

I would have loved to talk to you on the phone to resolve any problems or issues you had with this arrangement. I always appreciate it when customers call the shop to speak with us directly since we really work hard to provide responsive customer service and always want our customers to be happy with our arrangements.

The arrangement we made was beautiful. There was a substitution of premium roses for the orchid bloom, and the customer was notified of this substitution when we accepted the order. The arrangement had the same flowers, vase, and style as the picture of the arrangement that was ordered, with the exception of the substitution, which didn’t change the overall feel or look of the arrangement.

Our delivery area is very large and mountainous, which is why we always call and text in the morning to confirm the recipient’s address and check that they will be able to receive the flowers in our delivery window in the afternoon. We called and texted when we opened that morning for delivery of this arrangement. We delivered the flowers after we received confirmation and delivered them to the address. However, the recipient wasn’t answering the door, so the driver then texted the recipient and heard back from the recipient that it was ok to leave at the door since she would be home soon.

We try to limit our use of plastics and other environmental impacts in our business. We live in a beautiful area and try to not contribute to the plastic bags, plastic wrap etc that can inflict harm on the local wildlife. Plastic wrap also doesn’t deter the deer and elk from munching on our flowers; which is why we always contact our recipients on the day of delivery through multiple methods. Our driver confirmed with the recipient of this arrangement that it was ok to leave by the front door since they were on their way home and it was beautiful weather.

This arrangement was delivered over a week ago and I just got the notification of any issues with this order, but I would be happy to speak with you if you would like to call the shop directly.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
