We live out of town, so I was nervous. We ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mother- in- law for Mother's Day. I asked them to call her to schedule the delivery. When they called, she was already in town and asked to pick it up instead of having it delivered. They were very accommodating. Since they didn't have to deliver (and I already paid for delivery), they threw in some chocolate truffles when she arrived as well! The bouquet was beautifully done. She loved them. Very pleased.
