We live out of town, so I was nervous. We ordered a bouquet to be delivered to my mother- in- law for Mother's Day. I asked them to call her to schedule the delivery. When they called, she was already in town and asked to pick it up instead of having it delivered. They were very accommodating. Since they didn't have to deliver (and I already paid for delivery), they threw in some chocolate truffles when she arrived as well! The bouquet was beautifully done. She loved them. Very pleased.

Unfortunately the flowers weren’t what we had hoped. They did not resemble the bouquet that I had ordered, which pictured about 5-6 pink roses and ran over $60 with delivery. The bouquet did not have mainly roses. Instead it was Lillie’s and hollyhocks and the Lillie’s were droopy. My mom had to just throw away a lot of the bouquet. (Also she has cats and the flowers sent are poisonous to cats.) I know they tried and they were very nice in their communications, but these were very expensive and they entirely missed the mark. Her husband replaced them with a bouquet from Walmart, which was $20 and much better. I rarely give an unfavorable review, but my ailing, elderly mom deserved better on her birthday.

I’m so impressed with my flower deliveries!!! I order two arrangements and they called that morning to tell me they didn’t have the exact flowers I ordered and asked if it was okay to use others. I agreed. Both were absolutely beautiful! One of the recipients didn’t get home from work until late so they delivered it later. I will absolutely be ordering again! Was a bit disappointed in my flower purchases for Mother's Day this year. While it has a disclaimer that it might be slightly different, there was too much greenery and significantly less flowers than the picture shows. Was frustrated especially for the amount of money I paid for 2 arrangements.

Ordered flowers to be delivered day before Mothers Day. Flowers were not delivered. I received no phone call and neither did my mom who the flowers were for. No attempt on Mothers Day. Company refused to refund. I’m currently in dispute with my credit card company. Staff was extremely rude on the phone. Would not do business with them again. Apparently they are under new management and from what I’ve heard from long time clients like my mom, they’ve definitely gone downhill.

I understand that flower availability will vary, and The Greenhorn did a good job of maintaining the color and theme for the flowers; but when the product is called "Modern Tin" and it has a tin pail, you really should either provide the pail, or not offer the product.

My MIL loved the flowers, she told us they were beautiful. My only problem was my specific instructions weren’t paid attention to. I asked them to be delivered to the back door. So my MIL had to call the shop up and come get them from the front porch and bring them to the back. Other than that it was a wonderful experience.

I have used The Greenhorn several times to send flowers to different occasions. I love them! They are always so nice to work with and their arrangements are always very fresh and beautiful. I appreciated the effort made to obtain hydrangeas as shown in the sample photo. The quality of the flowers overall were good, and the gift was well received.
The arrangement, however, was rather "loose" and didn't have the compact, tidy appearance that attracted me to this option in the sample photo.

The only suggestion I have is to send a picture of the actual arrangement delivered. Most customers never get to see what they purchased.

They didn’t notice the order all day and I called an hour after the delivery time to make sure it was delivered and they had yet to start it. It missed the event and I’m not sure if they received the flowers.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
