Last minute order was arranged beautifully...! Also, when you order flowers from a distance, you never really know what will be sent. However, and this is a FIRST, The Greenery sent me a photo of the actual arrangement that was being delivered to my daughter for her 21st birthday at school. You just don't see customer service like that much these days. If you have a floral arrangement to send in the Charleston, SC area, go with the BEST - The Greenery Florist...!!!!

Outstanding service!!! I ordered this flower arrangement for our uncle’s funeral. I had been trying all weekend to find a florist who was able to deliver on Memorial Day so the flowers would be at the funeral the next morning. I found The Greenery Florist in Charleston SC who exceeded my expectations and delivered my arrangement the same day that I ordered it which happened to be Memorial Day!! This is wonderful customer service and care for what my family was going through. Not only did The Greenery Florist deliver the flowers before the funeral like I requested, they went a step above and delivered the flowers within a couple hours after I ordered them and on a holiday!!!! I am impressed with this florist and so happy I found them! Definitely use them for your floral needs!!! The flower arrangement was so pretty and it was more beautiful than the pictures!! So the delivery person went out of their way to redeliver my wifes flowers the very next day since she couldnt be there. They had an excellent selection of flower arrangements at reasonable prices. I placed the order on a Sunday evening and the flowers were delivered next day @ 1pm. Before the delivery, I received a BloomSnap photo my flower arrangement. Their selection of flowers and attention to detail was outstanding. Unlike some national florists, there were no surprise fees or additional charges upon checkout. The transaction was straight forward and the service a good value.

I had chose The Greenery Florist online because it was near the hospital, in SC, I thought my niece was in. I live in TN. The florist called me to let me know my niece was actually at a different location and wanted to confirm with me. I thought this in itself was great, but wait, there's more, they even sent me a picture of the actual bouquet after it was finished for my approval, and notified me that it was delivered to the security desk and how it had to be done due to hospital restrictions. I have never experienced this kind of superior customer service. My niece loved her flowers and I am a happy customer. I highly recommend, THE GREENERY FLORIST !

I reviewed several other websites before making my selection, others had a service fee that I felt was a little expensive but Greenery Florist did not have that. I was not happy with the arrangement. It was not representative of the advertisement. The arrangement that was delivered had two separate colors that were not even mixed together well. It was a group of purple tulips on one side a a group of orange on another. The leaves overtook the arrangement. It seemed very amateur. I also ordered the “upgraded” bouquet...while counting the blossoms, it seems there was no difference.
I’m usually very happy with the arrangements but will question myself before ordering here (Greenery Florist) again.

I was extremely impressed with the customer service and speed of delivery. I placed my order online after hours and still the arrangement was delivered early the next morning.
The only detraction from the experience was my preference for the model arrangement over the actual one delivered. I slightly preferred the color profile of the display Alll and all, I understand about availability and and pleased and would recommend this company. Job well done.
