5 stars! I searched online specifically for a local Harrisburg florist, not a national face-less one. I’m so happy that I found The Garden Path! The shop had already closed for the day when I started the process, so I ordered it all online with ease. I prefer to not choose a photo of one of the pre-designed arrangements every florist uses and instead choose an amount to spend and ask the florist/artist to design an arrangement to make the recipient smile. I was disappointed in the size, beautiful blue vase like I requested. But for the largest size I think that you could have added an extra Blue Hydrangea, not fill it up with greenery & spiky

Your delivery was sent out on Mother's Day just like you had ordered. Unfortunately, the recipient was not home, it was raining and there was no safe place to leave flowers. She did not answer the phone and when the shop manager called you, the sender, to see when we could go back to deliver them, you did not answer either. You waited until the following day to call and then say no one called! We did everything we could. Sorry you had a bad experience

Very disappointed when received. Don’t bother getting anything deluxe because you’ll be charged extra with no added fresh flowers (which the description “deluxe” indicated that fresh flowers would be added). Customer service doesn’t seem to care we were ripped off either. Additionally, the one planter that was supposed to come in a ceramic pot was switched out for a cheap basket last minute upon delivery.
Also, when our phone call wasn’t returned and we called back, the owner called me a “b**tch and hung up. What an absolutely despicable business. If you value customer service, I would go to a different flower shop.

We also state on our site as well as in the email we sent you that if there is anything about the order of special importance please let us know so we can give extra attention to that. No where did we know that the container the plant was being sent in was of extra importance. Both the dish garden and the spathiphyllum were bigger in size to add value for the upgrade. In the future it is always helpful to call the shop and explain what you were disappointed with before leaving an awful review on their website. I understand that you were unhappy but calling our shop and speaking to our employees and telling them you are going to try and ruin them with bad reviews is unacceptable. Again we are sorry you were not happy with our products.

I happened to stop by my sons house and I got to see the arrangement and I was embarrassed. I could have gone to Giant and picked a better bouquet for $15. Shameful!!!!

The flowers were pretty. It was smaller than it appeared in images. They were to be a surprise to someone that was in the hospital. A phone call was made to the recipient not only ruining the surprise but also waking them up in the hospital. Instructions were clear to leave it out front of their home on porch. Very disappointing all around.

We were not told it was a surprise nor that the recipient was in the hospital. Our policy is to call the recipient if no one answers the door because of the delicate nature of flowers and due to heat and possible bad weather we do not want to leave an arrangement just sitting outside all day. We contacted the sender about this review but they did not reply back to us

I had ordered the premium which said it would come with the highest quality selection as well as additional blooms. The basic package says it will look similar to the photo.

My online order was confirmed with a phone call. The recipients of the arrangement sent me a picture. It was beautiful and they were very pleased. Garden Path provided prompt and courteous service. I was not happy at all. When I walked into the funeral home and saw the arrangement I had ordered I was sad to see that although I ordered the deluxe version, non of the flowers were the same as pictured & the size of the arrangement seemed small & scant. I hate to imagine what the standard size would have looked like.

I ordered these flowers for my daughter-in-law based on an internet search and did I luck out. First off, the arrangement was beautiful and even better than pictured. Secondly, the customer service was off the charts. When the driver couldn’t reach anyone at the house, the proprietor called me and left a detailed message as to where the flowers were left. It is rare these days to find people who truly care. This was a top notch florist in every way.

There was a slight mix-up with my order. However, the vendor was very professional and fixed it on the spot. They also apologized for the mistake and this is something that I respect highly. It's hard to find vendors in any service industry these days who show such a professional attitude. They get a 5/5 for customer service and the overall product. The roses were beautiful. I will definitely use again if I order flowers in the Harrisburg area and recommend them highly for the above reasons. Thank you for the great service.

The Garden Path has always been a cut above the rest in terms of quality product and service. Recently, however, I have had different experiences, like with this order. I placed the rather pricey order 2 days ahead of time. I had to call at 5:00 for confirmation of delivery, and was told "he is out now" which was not a confirmation and I was met with excuses as to how busy they were. I told them it was a business, and was told "they will leave it with receptionist" No apologies were made, attitude was defensive. Delivery was eventually made after the recipient left for the day. Not the kind of service I am used to from Garden Path.

The flowers in this arrangement are very high quality and got a great reaction from my wife! However, they are...not what I ordered. The picture shows two full-size roses and a dozen spray roses. Her arrangement has three full-size roses. For a guy who planned to impress with quantity, that was a bit disappointing.
However, she did receive other flowers from Garden Path this summer that were spectacular, which is how I became a customer. The sunflower arrangement lasted for at least three weeks and really brightened up the house -- best quality sunflowers we've ever had.
If you can't supply what's in the picture, please contact the buyer and work things out -- we understand that availability varies, but we also want to produce the desired effect!

Unfortunately the bouquet was not the usual calibur that I’ve experienced at The Garden Path. There were only 7 flowers in the arrangement .. It didn't even fill the vase. It definately was not worth the $72 that I paid.

Not great. Extremely disappointed. Lacking in volume and balance.. I understand that flowers pictured may not always be available, but the scale is way off. Very thrown together. The hydrangeas are wilting a day later. She was happy to receive them but I am not happy with the presentation.

I ordered flowers for my 92 year old grandmother for Mother’s Day. I received a confirmation email and my credit card was charged. No flowers were delivered. When I called, I was told that there were issues with internet orders and they would need to investigate. No one ever apologized. Two days later, no flowers, no refund, no apology, and no call back. I understand that mistakes happen, but I would expect it to be fixed. I will have to contact my credit card company to contest the charge.

Ordered an arrangement 2 weeks before Mother’s Day, when flowers arrived on Mother’s Day, it was the wrong arrangement. A very nice arrangement, but the flowers were totally different than what I ordered. Called Garden path and they said I should have received an email stating that substitutions could be made...I never received an email (I check multiple times daily). The Garden path said that the value of flowers was the same? Who cares that they were the same if I didn’t get what I ordered with no communication. I will never buy here again...I sympathize that this is a very busy time, but I can no longer trust that my order will be what I ordered. At the prices that they charge, perhaps they should work on their communication. It’s not worth it to me to waste my money buying flowers again unless they are in hand. Very disappointed.

Ordered all the way from England for a family friend who was localish to the florist and I’m so impressed! She absolutely loved her flowers! I ordered a "florist choice" custom bouquet for my Aunt and Uncle's 50th wedding anniversary and couldn't be more happy with the photos I saw.
And they were thrilled as well. Said it was "absolutely beautiful".
I asked for a muted color palette, nothing too bright, and the bouquet designer did exactly what I had in mind.

Severely disappointed with delivery time - I ordered online, in the florist instructions box I requested a 9 AM delivery time, it does say underneath the box that delivery time is not guaranteed but I assumed an effort would be made to be delivered close to that time. It was delivered by 4 PM. I called earlier that morning to ask about an estimated delivery time and the woman asked if I paid the $20 extra for guaranteed delivery - I did not even see that option on the online order form, I went back and double checked and still didn't find that option. This was not a last minute order, it was placed well in advance. It wasn't even a holiday.
The recipient also sent me a picture of what she got to thank me and it looked nothing like the picture - I even paid to upgrade the arrangement!
I've ordered from them in the past and had great experiences, this is the first bad one.

The arrangement was absolutely beautiful... It would be helpful however to have some guidance on your website as to how big a certain priced arrangement might be expected to be... As people who do not send flowers often (like me) have little idea of what an arrangement might be like based only on price.. I likely would have upped the price I was paying had I known how small the arrangement was.. The family however LOVED the small arrangement that arrived so all was well..

I was very disappointed when the arrangement arrived. It did not look anything like this picture. It was much smaller that I anticipated, and there were no star flowers, only 8 white roses. I was actually embarrassed for the person who received it.

This is my first time ordering from here and I had an amazing experience, I couldn't find anything else last minute and especially to send from NYC to my grandmother in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and then I happened upon this site and I'm so glad I did. I found what i wanted at a good price even with it being last minute on mothers day. I have never gotten a call from flowers being delivered and to the right person, the man I spoke with was very professional and actually sounded like he cared.
