We are a creative floral design company located in Castle Rock Colorado. Since 1993, we have been creating beautiful custom designs for you. We use the best seasonal flowers in vessels and vases that are a gift in themselves. Our inspiration comes from the natural world around us-we look forward to being your voice sending something special for all the events of your life.

thank you for your feedback, we attempted delivery and no one was home, there is an option on our site that we can check with "delivery attempted" which we checked. in addition, you contacted me early yesterday morning as i was headed out to re deliver and we chatted for several minutes, and you thanked me for taking care of the order. within 30 minutes the order was delivered as promised. again, no one home but i used the ring bell and left it as i told you i would do and you agreed. i hope you will revise this review, we strive to accommodate all our customers as best we can and keep you informed at every step. thank you.

I ordered a week in advance and received an sms from garden path the day of that they do not deliver to the area that bloom nation says they do. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a refund from either garden path or bloom nation, and neither has responded to further inquiry about the refund.

I paid extra for a specific delivery window and the delivery was late - just a few minutes late, but it caused me to call to find out where the flowers were a couple of times, because I was on a tight schedule. The person who answered the phone the first time needs some customer service training - she sounded annoyed and rushed and stressed.
The flowers were pretty but not exactly as the picture - I wanted the dramatic twigs in the arrangement and didn’t get them. Also the water in the vase was murky, like it had been sitting on the florist’s counter overnight, and should have been replaced with fresh water.

I’m not sure if this company rips people off on a regular basis or is in some sort of major trouble causing them to give poor service. My friend never received the flowers I ordered, and I didn’t hear from this florist. I contacted them and left a message and haven’t heard back after 4 days. It’s 20 days since the delivery was supposed to be made.

The delivered flowers looked nothing like the picture I chose. Specifically asked for no roses of any kind and roses were included. Very disappointed

I placed my order online which was quick and easy to navigate. Due to the COVID situation they had to change out the case. They quickly emailed and called me to make sure this was okay with me. I live in California and Garden Path is in Colorado. I ordered the flowers online and the flowers got delivered a day early because the staff was considerate enough to call me and advise me about the snowstorm coming so there could be a delay getting the flowers delivered as originally planned. My mother said the flowers were absolutely GORGEOUS! THANK YOU FOR BEING PROACTIVE AND HAVING BEAUTIFUL FLOWERS! I WILL DEFINITELY USE YOU GUYS AGAIN IN THE FUTURE!

Overall I think they did a nice job...arrangement wasn't exactly like the picture (vase; arrangement height). I will recommend if the florist is going to use actual pictures of examples then they should do what they can to assure it pretty close...especially with height and vase style.

Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
