|The reason why I ordered from you, is that you delivered a flower arrangement to me prior to Christmas from a friend of mine who lives in Virginia. The arrangement was beautiful and still after several weeks has some living flowers.
I also appreciated the salesperson who took my call to answer my questions prior to me submitting online.

|The arrangement I ordered and spent a good amount of money on was not the arrangement that was delivered.
See above. Instead the arrangement that was delivered to my good friend for her 70th Birthday was this.
Both my friend and I lost our husbands this year and I was trying to do something that would bring her joy. This arrangement failed miserably even the vase it was in was ugly. Sorry but no other way to describe it.
You asked for my thoughts of the arrangement and I was angry, felt cheated, and deeply disappointed.
I wish you would do something to correct this but the way things but figured if this is the product you sent out of your shop as matching what was advertised then clearly you do not care for quality.

Your delivery was sent out on Mother's Day just like you had ordered. Unfortunately, the recipient was not home, it was raining and there was no safe place to leave flowers. She did not answer the phone and when the shop manager called you, the sender, to see when we could go back to deliver them, you did not answer either. You waited until the following day to call and then say no one called! We did everything we could. Sorry you had a bad experience

We are sorry you were unhappy with your purchase. Due to the nature of our business we try to make sure our customers understand that sometimes plants or flowers are not exactly as pictured. We also state on our site as well as in the email we sent you that if there is anything about the order of special importance please let us know so we can give extra attention to that. No where did we know that the container the plant was being sent in was of extra importance. Both the dish garden and the spathiphyllum were bigger in size to add value for the upgrade. In the future it is always helpful to call the shop and explain what you were disappointed with before leaving an awful review on their website. I understand that you were unhappy but calling our shop and speaking to our employees and telling them you are going to try and ruin them with bad reviews is unacceptable. Again we are sorry you were not happy with our products.

|I ordered online and used the incorrect zip code (my Grams just moved to the area). When I called to update the information, the lady I spoke to was kind and efficient. She assured me everything would be taken care of and delivered properly. It was! I am so excited and grateful to have found a wonderful florist that delivers to the area and has outstanding customer service and beautiful arrangements. We are so sorry you were not pleased with your delivery. Due to Covid 19 our policies include contactless delivery. The only instructions we were given were to place it at the door. We were not told it was a surprise nor that the recipient was in the hospital. Our policy is to call the recipient if no one answers the door because of the delicate nature of flowers and due to heat and possible bad weather we do not want to leave an arrangement just sitting outside all day. We contacted the sender about this review but they did not reply back to us

|Definitely not the "Fairest of all". The arrangement was not done with the unique looking flowers pictured online. Now, one can expect one or two floral substitutions but what was received at the funeral home was a basket stuffed with the ordinary bouquet one might find at your local supermarket.

|However, she did receive other flowers from Garden Path this summer that were spectacular, which is how I became a customer. The sunflower arrangement lasted for at least three weeks and really brightened up the house -- best quality sunflowers we've ever had.
If you can't supply what's in the picture, please contact the buyer and work things out -- we understand that availability varies, but we also want to produce the desired effect!

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
