About us Welcome to The Garden of Reno, a coffee lounge, floral boutique, and event venue you need to see to believe! With more than 100 years of combined experience in event planning and floral design, owners Chrissy (Mom), Jessica (Daughter), Katie (Niece) and Nathan (Dad) have created a peaceful oasis filled with seasonal blooms, quiet conversation corners, and creative installations for us to enjoy! What's it like working with your family? Amazing! We are 2 women with different perspectives in concept, design and business and we come together as a unique unit. This allows us to always find our best options, plus we banter, laugh and bring a lot of support to each other! As female entrepreneurs, what do you believe has contributed to your success? Family. We put that before everything and as a result we know we can always count on each other. Passion drives us in everything else. Doing a great job and delivering a fantastic customer experiences goes way beyond simple customer satisfaction. We put our passion and pride into it all because it all reflects our family name. How did you come to open The Garden? We opened a beautiful micro venue and office downtown just before pandemic and without notice the building was leased out from under us. We loved inviting our clients into our warm space, showing them our latest designs and discussing the magical details of their events, so losing this space truly hurt, but we believe things happen for a reason. Without the space, we would meet clients at coffee shops, but found it cold and impersonal, and not reflective of the service and passion we bring to everything we do nor our reputation after 40 years in business. That's when The Garden was conceived. Today it's a floral boutique, craft coffee lounge, event venue, and meeting space for ourselves and the community!

How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (775) 440-1019, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (775) 440-1019 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

|I called and spoke to Nathan......the nicest and most helpful and knowledgeable employee .... who was superb in his customer service.
I picked an arrangement called "Simply Beautiful" and Nathan quickly ordered some of the flowers he needed to create this arrangement...... which I needed to be delivered the same day.
Nathan sent me a photo of the flower arrangement that was created and it looked exactly like the photo I chose.
"The Garden of Reno" is now my new floral company!

I am so sorry for this late response.
I did hand deliver that piece myself to the front desk as asked in the notes. I believe it was because we called to leave that message to let you know it was there, you notified us that the surprise was ruined.
We are so sorry for that miscommunication. We never want to let down our clients, we do hope everything worked out and again are sorry for the misunderstanding on the confirmation call.
If there is anything we can do to help this situation please let us know, we do try to please all our clients and unfortunately some things slip through the cracks but we always want to make it right.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
