No I’m not happy! I was guaranteed same day delivery and told I’d receive confirmation once they were delivered, but that didn’t happen. This is the second time I’ve tried the florist and both times they’ve failed to keep their delivery commitments. The first time they ruined my grandmother’s funeral flowers by delivering 4+ hours after the promised time. This time I was promised flowers for my mom’s birthday 4-5 hours and they didn’t get delivered at all. There will not be a third time! I’m highly disappointed and not sure how this florist is even in business still. Oh wait, I guess you can do pick ups from them so maybe there’s that…

The Flower Tap (Renee), made a gorgeous masterpiece for my sisters Birthday. She understood my vision and created a stunning arrangement. I highly recommend this florist.

The flowers were delivered on Mother’s Day as agreed but I was sent an email at 9:30 pm on Friday that substitutions would be made due to on hand stock. The flower arrangement was absolutely nothing resembling what I ordered. Very disappointing that I was able to order, upgrade and leave a tip for an arrangement that couldn’t be filled.

That said, we clearly fell short in ensuring the final product still felt personal, beautiful, and worth your trust.

There is a three rating is based on my experience placing the order not on the arrangement. That was a 10!!! I had to repeat myself several times and spell several words. When I place a long distance order, I want to feel comfortable that everything was understood and have a good feeling about the order. I did not have that. The person was obviously young but some training on taking orders in an organized manner would be helpful. Again, the flower arrangement was a 10. It was beautiful and fresh!! I would definitely place another order.

I wanted to order my niece a bouquet for her 16th birthday so I called that morning and it was delivered about lunchtime! This sweet owner went above and beyond to make it happen! The arrangement was adorable, my niece loved it, and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! Excellent experience!!!

Terrible experience, think it was a scam. Paid for flowers that were never delivered, sent in to company to let them know and no response.
