Our coworker's father passed away and we were challenged with finding a florist to deliver to the church. Being that I am out of town, (Ohio), I wasn't familiar with the area and the Florist connected to the funeral home was unable to deliver. Lori was very helpful, patient, kind and professional. The arrangement was beautiful, and they delivered it to the church. I highly recommend!

It was easy to place the order. I received an email when the florist was out for delivery even though I did not receive an email after the delivery was completed (I had to call my aunt to confirm she received it). She liked the flowers.

The dozen yellow roses I ordered were perfectly combined with greenery and in place for the service at the cemetery. It was important to us to have our mother’s favorite flower there, ready to send home with the attendees at the close of the service. These did exactly what we had hoped for them to do. The condition of the roses, fern and baby’s breath was excellent.
My Grandma absolutely loved her bouquet! She sent me a picture of them, and just like the advertised picture, the bouquet was beautiful. Thank you so much for delivering them to the rehab facility. I will definitely be using y’all again.

Calling from Upstate New York (near Canada) to order flowers was easy and the lady I spoke with (wish I had gotten her name) was very kind, helpful and polite. The picture my granddaughter sent to me of the designer's choice bouquet was very nice. I do wish a sun flower had been put in the arrangement as was suggested by the consultant. Overall, my experience was great and I would use this florist again.

We looked for a local flower shoppe down near my parents because we were tired of using national flower chains that never care about their customers. This flower shoppe was great to work with! The communication was wonderful and we will always choose them to order from, from now on! The arrangements were beautiful, above and beyond! Recommend this place fully!
The ladies were very helpful, and the flowers were beautiful (and the wife really like them) but I just imagined being the largest of the three sizes that it would have been bigger.

Very nice and respectful and great customer service. Flowers were fresh and smelled great! Delivered a little to late though. Needed them delivered by 4 because my gf got off at 5. She had to stay over at work because I told her I had something coming for her and they didn’t get delivered until 6. Then they blew the suprised cause instead of calling me they called her for directions. That should be more organized but other then that I would recommend.
Flowers were late and my wife had to go to the store to pick up missing balloons. The balloons that she got did not match her flowers.

We are sorry that your delivery was later than you wanted it to be--however, on VALENTINE'S DAY--no promises are made that an order will be delivered by a certain time--we try to make them by the time requested. We also apologize that balloons were missing from your order (mistakes happen on very busy days). We would have been happy to have delivered them had we been made aware that they were missing--instead your wife chose to come into the shop to inform us and pick up the balloons herself. And finally---your wife's flowers were yellow and white--there are NO Valentine's Day balloons that would have matched her flowers--and we were not asked to have them match!

I asked for this plant to be delivered to the local funeral home (same city, few minutes drive) at 11:00am since my Father's service was to begin at 4pm. Well, service started, no plant. I was actually about to leave the cemetery (after 5pm) when I received an email stating "Hooray, your plant has been delivered". Really? I called the office and left a voicemail. So needless to say, I do NOT know what this plant looks like. I will not every be using this Florist again.

After reaching out to Maria, we determined that the plant was delivered 4 hours prior to her father’s service. It wasn’t exactly what she was expecting due to availability, but was filled to value. We were able to rectify this situation and are sorry for the confusion.
Placing my order was easy. Delivery was within two days first thing in the morning. The flowers were beautiful. Great experience. Will use this business again.
