Wow, I wasn’t sure what to expect when I chose Designer’s Choice, but I figured that would give them maximum flexibility to use what was on hand. They did an amazing job! I’m typically disappointed with what arrives as compared to the photo online, but not this time! Thank you!

Love to shop local and happy to pay the price for delivery, but my recipient sent me a picture of the bouquet, which I thought was skimpy for the price.

Thanks for your feedback. We're sorry to hear the wrapped bouquet wasn't as large as you had envisioned. As you mentioned in your email, the cost of flowers has risen significantly due to the pandemic creating shortages in supply and thus has inflated costs. Our $8 delivery fee has not changed in 10 years, and we do not profit off of it by the time we pay our driver's time to deliver, for our gas, and the upkeep of our delivery vehicle. As a small business, all these increased costs must be eventually passed on, which may result in a smaller bouquet than you may have been able to get in the years past. Again, we're sincerely sorry if you didn't find it as large as you had expected, but we do hope the recipient was able to enjoy it.

The delivery person also went above and beyond and walked it up the driveway as the plow had not been through yet. I looked on line and found this lantern. I called the store and spoke with one of the Selchert girls and she was very helpful. I placed my order with her and she assured me it would be delivered later that morning. Just a couple of hours later, I received an email saying my lantern was delivered to the funeral home well in advance of the starting of the wake. Great customer service and I loved knowing that my gift was delivered!!!! Will definitely order from here again! Thank you!

I tried to order the Garden Party for my mother in law. Three hours after I placed the order, I received a call telling me Steve's Ace could not deliver it, even though when I entered my MTL's address into the the delivery service area, it said they would. It is 3 days later and I have still not received my refund.

The arrangement was delivered the morning requested, and it was incredibly beautiful! I ordered from a different state, so I was hopeful it would work out. I included in the delivery instructions to text me if my grandmother did not answer the door and to leave the flowers on her front porch, and the delivery person did just that!! The lantern I originally picked online was not available, Lauren was quick to contact me and let me know and show me an alternative(that I liked even more). I was very appreciative of how prompt and efficient ordering and communicating with them was. The family that received the lantern says it is beautiful and it will be a great memory piece for them.

The lantern pictured above that I ordered wasn’t available so a different one was substituted. They gave me an option for a similar one with a different message. They were unable to apply a $10 coupon that I neglected to add before I hit the send button. My own fault, but other retailers have accommodated my mistake since I notified them immediately so I was disappointed. I have no idea how the premium upgrade I ordered turned out as I didn’t get to see it. Hopefully it was ok but I don’t know.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
