I ordered this bouquet and my recipient liked it, however what she received was drastically different than what you show in the photo. Which could have been ok if you had called me to let me know, as I may have ordered something different if you didn't have the flowers shown in your photo. I expect better.

The flowers weren’t delivered until late afternoon. Given that this was Mother’s Day and the expectation was to give my wife these flowers in the morning - everything went sideways. I placed an online order for a custom Sympathy bouquet. I typed in the flowers and color scheme I was hoping to have in the bouquet and picked a certain price point. I was on the phone talking to our mother when the gentleman from the flower shop knocked on my mom's front door. When my mom opened the door, the man offered to bring them in because the flowers were in a vase and kinda heavy for my elderly mother. After placing them on the table he offered to read the card out loud for my mother, and he did. My mom said she had tears in her eyes. After thanking the gentleman, she offered him a tip, but he refused it. I was still on the phone the entire time. That was one beautiful experience created by someone from The Flower Shop of Pennington Market. Another beautiful creation by them are the flowers I ordered for our mother for Mother's Day. My mom sent me a picture and... Did I already say they were beautiful? In fact, what they delivered looked so, so much better than the one on the website, and the one on the website is already pretty to begin with, which is why I chose it. The flowers and their arrangement were excellent!!! I am very happy and satisfied with this entire experience!

These flowers did not arrive on the date scheduled. The error was not discovered and fixed until Monday April 18, after Easter. However, when made aware of the missing delivery, you immediately delivered a fresh arrangement with a note of apology and included a box of chocolates. I was told the flowers are beautiful.

Ordered online for same-day delivery. Bouquet was lovely and well-received. However, my personal message was badly butchered, and I mean to the point of making a mockery of the English language: "Pretty" was rendered as "preety," "wither" simply as "with." And first letters of sentences were not capitalized in two instances. It was awful and obviously diminished the message's import. Rather than copy-and-pasting my message into a form, they retyped it with both eyes closed. And then chose not to respond to two emails alerting them to the error. My advice to customers: Leave the "Card Information" section blank and deliver your message personally.

Good Morning...The Flower Shop of Pennington Market normally does exceptional work. I had placed the order on Tuesday for delivery on that Friday, Dec 20th. The arrangement was nice, but the rose had ALL already bloomed and were a little dark around the tips that lead me to belie that the arrangement was probably made early. So I was a little disappointed at that as the arrangement was $60.00.

There were very few Daisy’s in the arrangement and if you did not have in stock I would have expected a phone call. For $40.00 I would have gone to Costco and dropped them off myself. The past two arrangements ordered have not had the container I selected. They arrived in a clear glass container. A basket would have been better. This was my gift for my Mom's 91st Birthday, and she loves pink and lavender, which is why I chose this arrangement and container.
