Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (651) 257-1110, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (651) 257-1110 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

Words cannot express how happy we were with the bouquets and flowers prepared for our mother's funeral. The staff was so professional and helpful at a time that can be so very difficult. Our flowers have lasted for 3 weeks and continue to bring such joy. My relatives also used the floral shop, and they did a fantastic job complementing our pieces. I highly recommend using local businesses in our community and the pricing was competitive and items were delivered exactly as said they would be which made this difficult time just a little bit easier.

These flowers were sent for a funeral. I ordered them off of the website and due to much confusion on that site the flowers were not at all what I expected. Frankly when I saw them I was truly embarrassed. They looked like something you would send to someone in the hospital not to a funeral. I spoke to Josie and she said I got what I ordered which I probably did but the website said I was ordering a premium bouquet and this was anything but premium. VERY DISAPPOINTED and embarrassed.

We ordered these for my Nephews services, and it was almost unrecognizable from the picture. It was very bare and not at all the Lush Tranquility Basket we were anticipating, and definitely not worth the price and shipping we paid for. We would not recommend this arrangement. Beside the awful flowers, they were very nice on the phone, and did a good job at accommodating the three different colored ribbons requested.

When I called for the order I asked if there was something blue they could add. The arrangement was for the passing of a father. They said they could add a blue ribbon. There was nothing blue. The ribbon was burgundy and looked sloppy.
