The Flower Shop at Castle Pines

The Flower Shop at Castle Pines is an innovative floral design company based in Castle Pines, CO. Local owners Tiffany and Eric Ball are a unique duo. Tiffany began working as a floral design assistant at age 15; and more than 20 years later, she still is as passionate about her work as she was on that first day. Eric grew up on a farm, was in charge of the family garden, and always had a natural inclination towards botany from the time he was a young child. Entering college, he declared himself a Horticulture major and immediately fell in love. Graduating top of his class with dual emphasis on Landscape Design and Horticulture/Botany, Eric is an industry award-winning horticulturist that loves each day in his field. The owners and employees of The Flower Shop pride themselves on expertise and incredible attention to detail. They like to think of each design in terms of its separate elements. They pay attention to what is in season and what's locally available. In terms of Floral Design, Tiffany prides herself on being able to take all of the various elements our industry offers, and puts them together to create a magnificent and highly original arrangement that reflects the client's unique style and vision. In terms of longer-lasting floral designs in landscape, Eric’s vision is unparalleled. Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

How often will I be billed?

You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.

How do I make changes to my subscription plan?

You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.

Can I pause my subscription plan?

Yes, you can! contact us at (303) 663-8835, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.

How do I cancel my subscription plan?

We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (303) 663-8835 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

This is the second time I have used them and I should have not gone back. It is consistently small. Be careful the pics make it appear that the arrangement is bigger than it is. FOR $100 you can get 4 to 5 times the amount from even Trader Joe's. Not worth the dollar amount

There are many, many reasons huge chain grocery stores are able to sell flowers for less than a locally-owned florals making their design studio.

Please change your website to reflect your correct name and address in downtown Castle Rock. I drove to the Castle Pines Parkway address on your website to pick up my arrangement, and discovered that was incorrect. I called your phone number and a nice woman working at your shop told me were you were actually located.

Gorgeous bouquet that the recipient loved. I ordered an arrangement on May 7 which was promptly delivered the next day, but there was a miscommunication about the colors. The owner quickly responded and prepared a stunning second arrangement that was perfect and breathtaking and she delivered it herself. The recipient wasn't able to answer the door (sick) so she received a text saying the bouquet was at her doorstep. I got an email confirming delivery. Good afternoon! I contacted the florist online and indicated I would like a florist designers selection arrangement for my family at Christmas. When you spend so much on flowers you hope your recipient gets what you believe you’re ordering. Most of the time you don’t ever see what is delivered but this time I received a thank you with a picture and it looked nothing like the picture. The container was square and wood the one they received was a third the size, round and white, which already changed the “autumn joy” vibe. With the container so much smaller obviously the amount of flowers looked much less. It’s too bad if I were closer I would have gone to Costco and received a bigger vase of flowers for half the price.

We apologize for your experience! The wooden containers are 2” smaller than the white containers we substituted; and we had to upgrade the container because the batch we received right before the holiday were defective and all leaked.

They misspelled my wife's name. I paid for the Felix package. Almost $130 including tip and delivery about 2 miles away. And I got 12 roses and a bunch of green branch things mixed in. Wish it was good because we are nearby.

I use the Flower Shop once or twice a year as I do not live in Castle Pines or I would use them more. They take the time to understand what you are looking for in an arrangement every time. If you are looking for a special flower they will either go get it or make a suggestion on a sub if not available or you don't have time. Each time my wife receives her arrangement she always say I can't believe how beautiful and unique they always are. Forget ordering from a big brand go local with the Flower Shop. You will be happy with the price and service and the person receiving will love what they get.

What is in this picture and what was delivered are very different. The delivery was on time and the ordering process was easy and friendly but the end product was disappointing. It was much smaller than expected even for a basic $55 arrangement.

Our $55 minimum is a small arrangement, and we always try to let our clients know it's a good size for someone if they want a bedside or tableside arrangement. Our shop strives to only use premium blooms, and we apologize this was not as you had hoped. We do feel that our shop went above and beyond for this particular order, and the recipient had seemed very happy! We apologize that communication may not have been clear; the arrangement pictured as the designer's choice premium on our site is a $125 arrangement, and we can navigate uploading better pictures of the variety in the future for arrangements that have a large range. We strive for excellent customer satisfaction, and are disappointed we did not meet the mark for you. We have tried to reach out and hope that we can or have remedied the dissatisfaction with this order.

I absolutely LOVED getting the “bloom pic”. I’ve never gotten a picture of flowers I’ve sent before and was always left wondering, “did they send what I ordered??” Not the case with The Flower Shop and their “bloom pic”! I also felt that the flowers were reasonably priced and the arrangement was bigger than I expected it to be! Finally, the fact that they hand wrote my note just added that personalized touch I want when I send flowers! I will use them for all my local flower needs in the future!

Delivery Details & Tips

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist. Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.

Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone. Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.

To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.

Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in advance.
