"It's still my dream to own the Flower Shop". The idea for a Flower Shop came from My Mom since she is the one who prepares flowers for our community Catholic Church in my town. We want to send the good flowers to God to show our respect and love to God. Then others in the Church asked us to make flowers for their children Weddings, Birthday, and other special events. We were very happy when we saw people happy with our work. We want to bring happiness to others just by preparing all good and beautiful flowers for them in any occasion. We make the flowers as we make it for ourselves.
My passion for floral arrangements started at a young age. I am crazy about every beautiful flowers since I was a little girl. Loving create all kind and collecting different kind of flowers are one of my favorites habit. Every flower in my store are my babies. I love them and care for them in any details.

|A thank you?? For a birthday bash bouquet?? How embarrassing and disappointing was that. I had to apologize to my mom and explain to her that was not what I ordered.
Really disappointed and don’t recommend this shop, especially with balloon orders.

|We asked that the flowers be delivered by 11 AM but they got there after 1 PM. I called the flower shop and spoke to a person who also checked and she said yes, the delivery was late. We got an email from the flower shop at 6 PM California time (9 PM Virginia time where we live) 5 hours after the flowers were delivered. We have used many flower shops in the past including this one, but the service this time was terrible.

|I received “Always a lady” but did not receive the “A Full Life” blooms. The “Always a Lady” bouquet was beautiful and my daughter loved them but the other bouquet never made it. I waited and tried to call but the phone rang and notified me that there was no voicemail set up. All phone calls after were the same. If the second bouquet were as beautiful as the first I’d have given 5 stars.

|However, these were not the flowers that I ordered. The wrong arrangement was delivered and the ones that were delivered weren’t really appropriate for the birthday we were celebrating. And I paid for the deluxe version. Not the end of the world but could have been better.

Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
