How will I receive a new bouquet?
Our subscriptions allow you to select a delivery frequency that best suits your needs - either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
How often will I be billed?
You will be billed 5 days before the delivery schedule you select (either weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). This is to ensure your florist will have adequate time to prepare your order.
How do I make changes to my subscription plan?
You can call the florist any time before the scheduled delivery or pickup date to make changes to your subscription plan and orders.
Can I pause my subscription plan?
Yes, you can! contact us at (605) 274-6080, let us know the next best delivery date and we’ll pause your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription plan?
We’d be happy to take care of that for you! Please contact us at (605) 274-6080 and we’ll cancel your subscription right away.

|The delivery was completed promptly. I was having flowers delivered to my Mom and she lives in a retirement facility. Her apartment is on the 3rd floor. I had stated that the flowers were to be delivered to her apartment # (apartment number was provided) and to please knock on the door at the time of delivery. Within a couple minutes of being notified that the Door Dash deliverer was at the location, it got a text saying the deliverer was having difficulty finding my Mom's apartment. I called the number - twice - that was provided to talk to the deliverer but was unable to communicate with him as he did not speak English. It was while I was talking to him that I got a text saying he had dropped the flowers off and took a picture of where he did it. The picture did not provide detail as to where he had dropped of the flowers, so I had to have someone there at the retirement home go look for them. He had dropped the flowers off in an out-of-the way office.
The flowers were beautiful and my Mom liked them very much. Am disappointed in the quality of Door Dash and how the flowers were delivered. Especially since the deliverer couldn't speak English and at least appeared to put minimal effort into delivering them to my Mom's apartment.

It sounds like there may have been a misunderstanding, as we don’t currently use DoorDash for our deliveries. All of our deliveries are handled in-house to ensure a more personal and reliable experience. We’ll definitely look into what may have caused this mix-up, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. Delivery Details & Tips
Every gift ordered through BloomNation is personally hand-delivered by the local florist.
Each local florist sets their own delivery area and fee.
Most florists offer same-day hand delivery, but may have different order received
cut-off times for same-day delivery that are based off of the recipient’s time zone.
Florists that offer same-day delivery display their same-day delivery cut-off time in
their store detail section. Orders received after that time may be delivered the
following day. Please note some florists may not make deliveries on Sunday.
To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field
during checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your preferences.
Before major holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least five days in
advance.
