Beautiful arrangement! Even better than I expected! Color scheme exactly as I asked for! I love how I could ask for specific colors/style when ordering online. This was my first experience ordering flowers from them and we will definitely do it again! We live out of state and I was originally nervous to order not seeing them in person. We ordered the Sweethearts Designers Choice for my Grandma’s Birthday and she was so pleased. She has had a beautiful garden as long as I can remember and was amazed at the florist’s design! Thank you so much for helping us celebrate her!

This review is tricky to write because what I didn’t like about the arrangement is a matter of taste and the “designers choice” item I selected. It came in a basket that feels very “old lady” to me? It’s hard to refill the water without making a huge mess. It looks like the flowers you’d put on a grave or as a brunch centerpiece; not what you’d give to a romantic partner. It was delivered to the wrong school. When I called to check because I hadn’t heard from my partner that they got the flowers even though I’d gotten a delivery notification, the person I spoke with said “it’s a school - the flowers are probably sitting in the office because they are still in class.” Which isn’t wrong…except I would have appreciated a verification of the address or something because the flowers were sitting in the office of the HIGH SCHOOL and not the MIDDLE SCHOOL they were supposed to be delivered to. Are they high quality flowers? Yes. Are they professionally arranged, well balanced, and include orange blooms like I requested? Yes. Was the ordering process smooth and easy? Yes. Are the prices fair? Yes. Did I get A LOT of flowers for the price? Yes. Did I like the results? No. Would I order again? Probably not. But is that a matter of taste, what I ordered (designers choice), and an understandable mix up of delivering to the wrong school? Yes. Which is why this review is so tricky to write.
